Ventajas: I like the comfortable seats

Desventajas: Service lag a little

Desventajas: CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure.

Ventajas: The whole crew is so kind

Desventajas: Delta made my whole first flying experience the best.

Ventajas: Great crews, excellent customer service

Desventajas: I can’t understand how airlines charge for the first checked bag in an international flight. I’ve traveled for more than 20 years and this is the first time I have to pay for that. I’m surprised they didn’t charge me for the oxygen I used

Ventajas: Flight attendants were pleasant. Bathrooms remained clean the entire flight.

Desventajas: Food was horrible. Ran out of croissants in the morning.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed by 3 hours, but not United's fault. Also the snack selection not great. They did play movies on back of headrests, but we had no volume and no where to plug in headsets that I could see. So basically had to watch a movie with no sound.

Ventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: Better communication and air conditioning on the plane as we waited for hours to take off

Desventajas: We missed the smile and quality service liked before. Food quality is just okay. Timeliness for departure/arrival was excellent.

Ventajas: Crew, food, time all great.

Desventajas: WiFi did not work. Flight data unavailable.

Desventajas: - The plane was set to a freezing temperature all the time made it really uncomfortable flight for most of the passengers. - Etihad mostly runs short of veggie food and passengers are asked to go for non veg option. Not cool.

Desventajas: The vegetarian meal selected came in as vegan meal. This happened for both onward and return journey. The regular meal provided to passengers were better than the vegetarian meal selected

Ventajas: Plane was fine

Desventajas: The bus took forever to reach the plane. Food quality was poor

Ventajas: Good seating space, good service

Desventajas: The flight with United Airlines was horrible. The seats were small... leg room not the best. The flight attendants were terrible. I called 3 times to get headphones and they never came to give me any. The food was dry and we were only fed twice. I’m vegan/vegetarian so there wasn’t any options.

Ventajas: Crew was amazing, food was filling & plentiful.

Desventajas: Overall no complaints but the landing in Tokyo was a little rough. Pilot seemed to descend quickly which hurt my ears but otherwise, smooth flight.

Ventajas: it is a nice program it's wonderful for flying out good price on for totally is excellent website

Desventajas: Fewer fat peasants with too much hand luggage. Seriously, control the hand luggage before people bring it aboard.

Ventajas: The service was excellent. They are very helpful and friendly.

Desventajas: Maybe refresh the plan in the near future. Other then that it was very enjoyable trip.

Ventajas: As usual traveling with THY was perfect, all was OK. But pls when I buy THY tickets, it is mean that I want to travel with THY not with Anadolojet. Flight with Anadolojet Istanbul-Izmir was awful. The rest of the journey was awesome. Many thanks.

Desventajas: WHEN i ARRIVED AT AIRPORT ON JUNE 3,2019 TRUKISH STAFF TOLD ME YOUR FLIGHT IS NOT CONFIRMED BUT MY FLIGHT WAS CONFIRMED.I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE I AM DISABLED AND LOW VISION.I THINK THIS IS TOATLY WRONG.20 MAY I WAS SICK TRUKISH AIRLINES CANCELED MY FLIGHT BECAUST I WAS SICK.

Desventajas: It was a great experience

Desventajas: Boarding process. Waiting gate was small for the plane we were using

Desventajas: Better seats and headphones to listen to the intertainmen system

Ventajas: The crew was terrible. The aircraft from AUH to bangalore was in bad condition. My seat would keep coming back if reclined, my neighbour’s seat wouldn’t recline.

Desventajas: The airport in Abu Dhabi was a mess! There was zero organisation and etihad ground staff were not managing things either. My bag came back broken!

Ventajas: It's ok for business class. Crew and boarding is Pro smooth.

Desventajas: Entertainment options are limited. Food could be better considering its business class.

Ventajas: One of the air steward was super friendly and nice. Few others were a little curt sans smiles.

Ventajas: Food was absolutely terrible. Worst airline food of any trip I‘ve taken. Service was sparse. One beverage for the entire flight

Ventajas: Plane from Munich was late coming to Zagreb, so my flight was late because of that and was about to lose connection flight from Munich to Brussels. Then, Lufthansa drivers waited in Munich, put us in vans and drove us to plane for Brussels. Amazing service!.

Desventajas: The plane (A330) was parked at outer parking position away from the terminal building. They kept us waiting inside the bus for almost 30min with barely working AC at 40+ degC. Once the bus arrived to the plane embarking was done via roofless staircase.
