Ventajas: very friendly crew (we were flying with two small kids) who went above and beyond to make them as comfortable and happy as possible.

Ventajas: The food and the fast and efficient customer service.

Desventajas: There was too many parents who were super loud and didn’t care about their children jumping and screaming around the plane for 12hrs. I wish the fly attendants said something to calm down the situation.

Ventajas: First Class Food (Dinner was short rib) was better than most flights. Pilot was very friendly and personable with his in-flight communications.

Desventajas: Departure was delayed due to late arrival of aircraft; boarding gate was changed at PHX from A21 to B27 where there is no Admirals Club.

Ventajas: This was Japan airline and the crew were very respectful and responsive and food was amazing

Ventajas: The sits are a little stiff and doesn’t tilt back much but for the price I guess it’s what you get

Desventajas: Just a couple passengers slow to get suitcases in overhead slowed people down. Nothing United needed to fix. You all were great. Loved the flight attendants’s humor too.

Desventajas: The lines at the EWR terminal were a NIGHTMARE. Will avoid United EWR terminal in the future. Encountered some RUDE customers too (not United’s fault but overall frustration with lines didn’t help).

Desventajas: Flight delayed, updates were poor, plane took off and landed again, further delays, more poor information, then when we landed no one was on the Customer Service desk.

Ventajas: The flight captain made up the total time that the flight was delayed, good take off & good landing, got us to Toronto on time. Thanks.

Desventajas: Male flight crew could be better - first do your job of giving out the immigration forms then chat, not complete handing them out just one minute before landing so passengers can de-plane & then fill out the forms

Desventajas: Lufthansa business class in the 747 is dated and not the most comfortable. No pods and privacy. Entraînement system at my seat was defective

Desventajas: I’m not sure how I feel about the embarking and disembarking in the “presidential” style. (the use of the stairs outside of the planes, and the shuttle rides).

Ventajas: The wheel chair service at Munich airport was excellent. She received us at the door, helped us find a connection after we lost our flight and communicating every step and giving us First Class service on coach. Thank you!

Desventajas: The brownies for dessert were terrible. Maybe fruit next time?

Ventajas: Amazing crew. Comfortable seats and I liked the 2 seats across instead of 3.

Desventajas: Everybody boarded at the same time, it wasn’t by zones. Some sort of entertainment would’ve been nice.

Ventajas: Crew was terrific. The seats were so comfortable. There was great aisle space to where I wasn’t getting bumped by passerby passengers.

Desventajas: WiFi was down but we were on time. I’d prefer no WiFi over a delay for it to be fixed so nothing really much.

Ventajas: Crew was super amazing and very understanding, I just had to understand some facts.

Desventajas: I got an upgrade for a seat, however I was asked to be moved since a child who wasn't mine wanted to be seated with his dad. Next time, the should respect those who pay something additional and consider other facts such as sitting children with a person that is not their relative.

Ventajas: I enjoyed the accommodations such as the ear phones and blankets. The entertainment was great.

Desventajas: This return flight was much better than the flight going to Amsterdam. I believe the biggest factor was the type of aircraft. The old 747 just didn't meet expectations. The newer 777 on the way back was much more comfortable, with better amenities.

Ventajas: The crew was attentive and the seat at economy comfort was comfortable at the “ok” level. It needs much mor3 to be super comfortable. The plug for the headphones was a mess! It was NOT possible to watch a movie and hear the sound too! I gave up! Not a great offering for the extra dollars...

Desventajas: So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!

Ventajas: The crew was great but the seat wasn't as comfortable and didn't have much leg room.

Ventajas: I flee economy. Seats are tight and not real comfy but the crew always is helpful with pillows and blanket.

Desventajas: The touch screen to watch movies was terrible. The screen did not respond well at all to touch and there was no Sound. Even when attempting to increase volume with volume control, it simply did not work. Even my seat mate attempted it and had no luck. extremely long flight- no entertainment

Ventajas: I requested and picked a window seat but unfortunately. Got isle seat. I requested a Muslim meal and I got pork in my choices.
