Desventajas: More food more room - but hey that’s what we always want

Ventajas: The entertainment

Desventajas: Departure times

Ventajas: The gate crew were very responsive and told us accurate estimates about the delayed departure time. They even distributed snacks for us.

Desventajas: The flight crew was subpar. We had been delayed by 2 hours and they did nothing to assuage anyone’s frustrations. Service was minimal and lacklustre. In flight WiFi didn’t work with any streaming service. Plane was noisy and old. Seat was about worn through. Truly the worst in flight experience I can remember having domestically.

Desventajas: 90 minute delay

Ventajas: The crew was very friendly and helpful.

Desventajas: The leg room was abysmal, Southwest has more leg room and they brand themselves as a cheaper carrier than a American. Also the wifi was either very slow or did not work.

Ventajas: American really exceeded our expectations on both overseas flights on this trip. Good food, nice service, plenty of in-flight entertainment.

Ventajas: How quick American Airlines moves to keep people on time.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Very friendly crew, my flights were on time, good selection of movies. That's about it.

Desventajas: Their Basic fare should be renamed "Bare-sic" – you have to pay for almost anything. Food choices can be better. I guess they can pay the Munich airport to get better treatment and not having to bus their passengers around.

Ventajas: The crew tried to be nice.

Desventajas: Boarding was completely disorganized. The flight was meant to depart at 3:30, we didn't start boarding until 4 and we didn't take off until 6. The flight was too full and the plane too heavy so extra fuel needed to get be left behind, which meant we had to land in Jamaica refuel and then head to Toronto. Arrival time was meant to Be 10:30pm and we arrived around 1:30am.

Ventajas: Fantasic Experience. Loved it. Kind crew, great service, great enetertainment. HIghly reccommend!

Desventajas: All good! Strat to finish a simple and enjoyable experience.

Ventajas: The gluten free meals were quite good. Everything seemed clean.

Desventajas: The plane was small for a transatlantic flight. The entertainment was not easy to find/access.

Ventajas: Good seat in preferred section (paid for at reservation)

Ventajas: Comfortable seats; attentive crew.

Desventajas: Cabin temperature; too cold.

Desventajas: We boarded late and arrived late.

Ventajas: Leg room was good

Desventajas: Food was lacking or you had to pay for it, not great on a long haul. Terrible films And tiny chairs

Ventajas: There was an empty seat next to mine so could stretch my legs...

Desventajas: Late departure, late arrival... Had to use a ptv which took forever. Had to run for connection flight.

Desventajas: I paid $100 for an upgrade on a United which turned out to be the first row, and right beside the rest room (which was erroneously showing as occupied for the first 20 minutes). The traffic made it feel like I was sitting on a bench in Grand Central Station. I chose an aisle seat but ended up mysteriously in the middle seat. I had extra leg room but if I’d eaten the free 5 pretzels I wouldn’t have been able to fit it my seat any longer. The WiFi wasn’t working for the first hour of the flight. The flight attendant got really annoyed when we didn’t look up when he came by with beverages the first time. We all had headphones on and were looking at our personal screens. The activity by the rest room was constant so we didn’t notice it wasn’t just someone waiting for the loo. The luggage took so long to come out I thought my conference would be over before I got it. Overall, I thought it was bad and confirmed why I don’t fly United. Old, dingy planes, poor service. The pilot was pleasant and communicative so there was at least that...

Ventajas: Super sweet and helpful crew, comfortable seats, fast boarding.

Desventajas: My overhead light was broken. I didn’t need to use it so it was no problem at all, but that’s the only thing I could think of

Ventajas: Big selection of movies if you have the United app.

Desventajas: Tiny overheads in the 777 so they took carry-ons from at least half the people on the flight. Out of the hamburger by the time they left Economy Plus. Narrow seats, very little seat pitch. I am not quite 5' 10" and I only have a couple inches between my legs and the seatback. Similarly cramped restrooms.

Ventajas: The beverage service and entertainment was fantastic!

Desventajas: I wish the seats were slightly roomier.

Desventajas: Maintenance issues meant a 2 hour delay where we stayed on the plane

Ventajas: Crew was nice. Flight was right on schedule.

Desventajas: Almost no leg room, no entertainment other than the radio, food was pretty bad and my bag got broken and ruined. There were kids running and screaming all through the flight with no intervention from the crew.

Desventajas: Cambian las puertas de abordaje súbitamente sin avisar y en la primera puerta que asignan no hay nadie para informar que la cambiaron, gracias a Kayak se entera uno de los cambios, debería la línea aérea tener mejor información a los pasajeros

Ventajas: Easy boarding, clean plane

Desventajas: The flight was delayed one hour. Food on this flight was now downgraded to just potatoe chips

Ventajas: The crew AWS helpful. The captain was a polyglot

Desventajas: The temperature was extremely warm. Jus a bag of potatoes instead of a sandwich

Desventajas: Realemnte no lenencuentro cosas negativas para la clase de vuelo que compre

Desventajas: My baggage got destroyed and they did not wanted to refund it. (I am not sure if it was the correct flight). I submitted a claim but thet rejected it.

Ventajas: Lo divertido de las explicaciones del capitán, nunca me había reído escuchando las instrucciones de vuelo

Desventajas: Por mi experiencia esta todo bien, solo un detalle que el conector de audífono en mi asiento no funciona a bien. Saludos

Desventajas: Entertainment: poor selection of museums c and movies. Aeromexico should adopt the very good entertainment selection on Delta. I did love the documentary La Maleta Mexicana.

Ventajas: Second time flying with Interjet after never having heard of them and was pleasantly surprised. Granted they were both 2.5 hr flights but nonetheless they were on time and had most amenities included. Not too mention a great deal on prices.

Desventajas: Checked baggage not included.

Desventajas: La comida no era buena, los asientos no son confortables y las tripulantes no era muy agradable

Desventajas: La comida no estuvo mala. Pero creo que puede mejorar

Ventajas: personal con costumbres muy bonitas, educados trato al pasajero de la mejor manera 100 % recomendable.

Desventajas: la única opinión es mejorar el ambiente de entretenimiento hasta llegar al punto de llegada, que en mi caso fue de 2 horas.
