Ventajas: The location is great. Right around the corner from the V&A and the Natural History Museum. Across the street from the Tube, and surrounded by great restaurants. This was the perfect home base for a weekend in London. The decor was charming and whimsical, sort of Alice in Wonderland with lots of bright colors and a bird theme which ran through the hotel. Our room was small as most London Hotels are, and finding a place to stow the luggage was a bit of a hat trick, but once we figured it out, everything was great. Although we never had breakfast at the hotel, we did have morning coffee and tea in the tea room every day. Delightful. Would return in an instant!

Ventajas: The hotel is truly lovely. I think we had the smallest room there which I booked unknowingly. But it worked just fine. The bed was so comfy. There were slippers and robes and the bathroom floor was heated. The daily tea was also very nice. I can't write enough to explain how exceptional the hotel, staff and location were. You will have to try it for yourself. Overall I plan to go back to London and stay here again.

Ventajas: I loved pretty much everything about the hotel. I stayed there twice in September. It was gorgeous inside, extremely well located near the South Kensington tube and nearby pubs and restaurants in Chelsea, the staff was simply wonderful and the rooms were pretty and very comfortable. Also loved the front room where you can grab a bite to eat and a glass of wine, and the breakfast room downstairs. The free water, juices and soft drinks provided in the bar fridge were a nice touch.

Desventajas: The gym was very well appointed in terms of weights, towels and free water but the space was too small in my view, it needed to be at least double the size as only 2-3 people would comfortably fit. Equally, the smaller hotel rooms (where my sisters stayed) have limited space if you are staying for more than 2 nights, but the hotel reception kindly advised us of this beforehand.

Ventajas: Me encantó la ubicación del hotel. Muy cerca del metro de South Kensington que va directamente a Heathrow. El hotel también está cerca del Museo Victoria & Albert y del Museo de Historia Natural y no muy lejos de Hyde Park. También me encantó el personal. Muy amable desde Verónica en el check-in hasta la ayuda del personal de botones.

Desventajas: I think the lighting in rooms could be improved. Carpet looking a bit tired. Guests above us had very noisy children so perhaps room allocation of families with small children needs to be considered - we did have to call reception several times as it was very annoying having the noise above us.

Ventajas: Este fue un hotel muy encantador. La ubicación era maravillosa, a sólo unas pocas manzanas de una estación de metro y de Hyde Park. El personal era genial, muy servicial y amable. El conserje ayudó a conseguir entradas para museos y otras atracciones así como trenes, lo que ahorró mucho tiempo para no esperar en largas colas. Aprovechamos el servicio de desayuno. La comida era buena, con muchas opciones. Los camareros eran muy atentos. No tuvimos que esperar mucho para recibir ayuda. El personal de limpieza también estaba bien y también era muy amable. En varias ocasiones, tuvimos que llamar a la recepción para pedir toallas adicionales y llegaron en pocos minutos.

Ventajas: El servicio era excepcional. Nos dieron toallas extra y adaptador de corriente cuando se les preguntó. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias. Gran lugar para usar para nuestra base para nuestra escapada de aniversario a Londres. Ubicado en el centro. Cerca del tubo. El desayuno inglés completo estaba incluido en nuestra reserva, pero me informaron de que no todas las reservas calificaban para el desayuno "completo" y en su lugar recibieron un desayuno continental.

Ventajas: Upon first arrival to departure staff were amazing and professional. Hotel had a lovely relaxing atmosphere and welcoming that you wanted to spend some chill time in it. Spa facilities reasonable price and staff at the spa were brillian, would recommend the facials. Beautiful fresh flowers all over the hotel. Breakfast was fresh, plenty of choice and bonus show cooking at breakfast. Hotel is a great location. The V & A, Science and Natural History myseum directly opposite. Harrods, Hyde Park. Plently of restaurants to choice from but also 1066 restaurant in the hotel. Could not find a fault with our stay at The Rembrandt. Nothing was too much trouble for staff from giving directions to ordering a taxi.

Ventajas: Este fue un hotel muy encantador. La ubicación era maravillosa, a sólo unas pocas manzanas de una estación de metro y de Hyde Park. El personal era genial, muy servicial y amable. Desventajas: El Rembrandt es un hotel antiguo con algunos de los problemas asociados a eso. Por ejemplo, el "interruptor" que controlaba la electricidad de la habitación se "rompía" si la puerta del baño se cerraba demasiado fuerte. Esto se puede solucionar fácilmente tocando el panel de control. La habitación tenía una pequeña mesa y escritorio, así que no había espacio para un armario. Fue un poco difícil tener sólo una maleta durante dos semanas. Habría sido más inteligente quitar el escritorio y sustituiro por algunos cajones por ropa.

Desventajas: La habitación no era más que la media. El baño era muy moderno y agradable. La habitación que nos dieron estaba en una de las plantas inferiores, lo que significa que no teníamos ventanas en la habitación ni en la recepción del teléfono móvil. El problema principal para mí, las paredes son MUY finas y todo, desde las habitaciones adyacentes, se oye fácilmente. La cama en nuestra habitación también estaba muy chirriante con cualquier ligero movimiento.

Desventajas: The rooms are not very sound proof we had extremely loud neighbors several nights. More of business hotel. There were not many things to help tourists book restaurants or get around. The staff didn't have guidance on hop on hop off buses or tours. We figured it out on our own but I think in other hotels there is more help for that type of thing.

Inmobiliario muy anticuado, la insonorización pésima. La tele no funcionaba correctamente, la moqueta tenia manchas ( que probablemente no se podían eliminar). La conexión de internet muy mala y lenta. La puerta del baño no se cerraba. Pienso que el hotel, en su día fue un muy buen hotel de cinco estrellas, pero ha día de hoy necesita un reforma de inmobiliario, no puedes pagar un hotel de cinco estrellas cuando hay de cuatro mejores que este.

Ventajas: We loved our stay at Crown Plaza right from the moment we were greeted warmly at the hotel entrance. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our wish for a quiet room with a view. Thank you, Simon! Breakfast was a bonus in a spacious area with a very broad selection (including full English breakfast) to cater for the many international guests. The location is excellent with shops, supermarket, pubs all very close. Gloucester Road Underground station is across the road which has a direct link to Heathrow. (Does have some steps, though.) The restaurant is good and the bar area which opens onto a private park is exceptional in warm weather. Overall the vibe of this hotel is of a busy but well organised property with a family friendly, welcoming, international home away from home feel!

It really was drop dead gorgeous! It exceeded all my expectations in every way, my partner was speechless as we were shown around our room. The room was beautifully decorated; balloons and petals were put in our room which we appreciated so much. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The hot tub in the room was highlight of the night. It was so warm and cosy. The bed was so comfortable - We both slept like babies and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning to end our stay. I have been bombarded with messages asking about this room and have highly recommended it to every single person. Thank you so much for making our night so special! Hope to visit again!

Making the reservation I requested a “Green Room” and a hotel’s assistant responded momentarily, answered all my questions and promised me to follow up on all my requests. Everything was finally done. I really liked the bathroom. It had a big bathtub and very nice shower cabin. Bath amenities were of high quality! An additional plus was daily complementary water and snacks. I found the hotel’s location great. It is just across the street from the Natural History Museum, 10 min by walk from Kensington Gardens/Hide Park. It is a pretty easy walk to Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square. The metro station is also right next to the hotel.

Ventajas: I liked the hotel a lot! First of all, it is super cute and stylish! I really liked how it is designed! My room was small, but I felt very comfortable staying there. Making the reservation I requested a “Green Room” and a hotel’s assistant responded momentarily, answered all my questions and promised me to follow up on all my requests. Everything was finally done. I really liked the bathroom. It had a big bathtub and very nice shower cabin. Bath amenities were of high quality! An additional plus was daily complementary water and snacks. I found the hotel’s location great. It is just across the street from the Natural History Museum, 10 min by walk from Kensington Gardens/Hide Park. It is a pretty easy walk to Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square. The metro station is also right next to the hotel.
Desventajas: There were not big minuses for me. The only little issues I can point to are: a small room size (if there are 2 of you, then the room can seem very small; plus, big luggage takes a lot of space in the room) and a super slow small elevator which barely fits 3 people.

Ventajas: This was my second visit this year. The Concierge and the reception staff were very helpful, especially when there was a problem accessing my room. The problem was resolved in a timely manner by one of the maintenance staff. The hotel is within easy walking distance for the V&A, Natural History and Science museums and close to 2 tube stations, Gloucester Road and South Kensington.

Desventajas: Most of the stay was fine, but twice we were given dirty towels, and one afternoon they turned the water off to the building for hours without warning. When we went to inquire, it turned out it was planned maintenance, but they did not bother to warn the guests. The bed was poor quality and you could feel the individual springs in the mattress.

But still a lovely breakfast just didn’t feel very welcome

Desventajas: We stayed for 5 nights. We left a note after the first night asking for a couple of maintenance related things (light in bathroom was out and tub and sink was slighlt clogged). We also requested some wash cloths. Good for 3 days, not for 2.

Desventajas: Beware of the £50 per NIGHT holding fee they charge as I didn’t see any detail on this when I booked. They also don’t refund it until 5-7 days after you check out which I also wasn’t made aware of until three follow up calls after. The room was also a bit shabby which I normally wouldn’t mind as we are real it’s just a place to rest your head people and are rarely in our room anywhere we go but it was an occasion stay and the room had very obvious paint touch ups needed and the staff weren’t rude by any means but not overly helpful or friendly either and I found being told to go sit down when ordering at the bar and then being charged a table service fee very strange.

Desventajas: The furniture was dated and old. The chair did not feel solid and everything in the room looked and felt like it was at least 15 years old and had not been updated. The bathroom (whilst a good size) had a musty smell to it, which added to the feeling that this place needed an upgrade. The TV had very few channels on it (Freeview has more variety) and i couldn't even find the basic channels like BBC, ITV etc. There was very little room for hanging clothes since half the width of the (door-less) handing space was take up by the ironing board. The AC was very strong and the fan speed at its lowest was high. Trying to turn the temperature up or down was useless, you just get the same cool temperature. Not worth the price at all!! There are hotels in the area less than 5 minutes walk at a lower cost and significantly better than this.

What I dislike is that the guests can remove all the silence in the whole coming in and out the hotel - as they may think this underground room cannot be with guest but a laundry or equipment room. -hope it is just because I picked the worst room 011. Nothing good except the bed- which must be available in all the rooms. And, we ordered the breakfast + dinner package for the two days while got a surprise day by day the canteen were reserved by some group from 18:00-21:00, and I was forced to take two late dinners around 21:30, without earlier warning. Too bad a service. It is a problem of management. It is my first score giving under 8, sadly.

Ventajas: El hotel tiene una ubicación fantástica. Gran relación calidad-precio de la zona. Un muy lindo Holiday Inn, nada de lujos, pero bueno, limpio y seguro. Recomiendo encarecidamente, es excelente para todo, un verdadero hotel 5 estrellas o de lujo. Esto tampoco fue, pero nuestras necesidades y cumplió con todas mis expectativas.

Desventajas: Everything, room was small, windows were so dirty I could hardly see out of them, room smelled of stale smoke from about 10yrs ago! Bathroom was even smaller than the room, smaller than a cleaning cupboard. Bath enamel or top coating was worn through, bathroom door slid open and shut and made an awful noise when doing either. Real fast was terrible. No care in cooking at all, this hotel is old, looks old. My main thought during my stay was, “wonder when they will demolish it”. I think that’s the only thing that could help it.

Ventajas: The location of the hotel was fantastic and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our room on the 25th floor had a beautiful view of London and the hotel was very convenient for our purposes.
Desventajas: Breakfast was lovely although a bit pricey.

Ventajas: The location was excellent for us - really handy for the London museums and the underground station. The hotel was of a good standard and all of the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. We had a problem with the hairdryer not working in the room but it was fixed promptly.
Desventajas: The room card did not work the lift and we had to go back to reception to get it fixed. The hairdryer did not work, we could not get a response from reception on the room phone but we went down to reception (from floor 20) and then they sent someone to fix it .

Desventajas: Has shower over bath and bath mat was mouldy underneath. Had to ask for replacement toilet paper and domestic staff did not speak English so could not understand what we were asking for.

Desventajas: Reception are not helpful (most of them ) I asked for extension twice because they don't have black socket near the bed . Everyday they are telling me we are run out and we will put a note for the next shift to give you once available, but every day I feel like repeating my self when ask about it and getting the same response,annoying. The room is so narrow . They don't have firm below if you prefer it. Breakfast is normal and less.

Desventajas: This is the most horrible stay I have ever experienced, the staff were very unfriendly except the bell captins, whenever we call to requests something they repoaned as if they are forced to respond. The house keeping team directly try to enter the room to clean before knocking on the door first to check if someone is inside this happened every day even after speaking to them. The supposedly clean towels they provided always smelled stincky. The elevators were not working perfectly and they cards every couple of days stopped working and I had to go down to change them. The room size was not as described in the site

Ventajas: Location was amazing literally round the corner from earls court tube station. It really is the 3 minutes it says. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and on the tube line for both the West end theatre district and kew gardens. Staff were pretty friendly and helpful. The breakfast was continental and fresh with cereal choices, fruit, cheeses and meats. Tea,coffee and fruit juice. My mum and I were more than happy with this. If you want anything more there's lots of choices on the high street. We had a small double room on the top floor and it was exactly that a small double. I thought it was a lot nicer than on the pictures. Really nice furniture and good amenities. Lovely view of the roof tops. If you're a light sleeper I'd ask for a room at the front as the tube station can get quite loud and warm. It's spotlessly clean. It was small but perfectly formed. I will definitely be staying here again :)

I have a package arrived at the hotel and by that time I have already left London however the staff contacted me and when I arrange a courier to pick up the package the staff named Andrea willingly preparing the package to be pick up. Location wise is excellent as the hotel is very nearby tube station (Earl's Court) and getting everywhere is no hassle. Love the croissant provided for breakfast every morning.

Desventajas: La habitación era pequeña (a pesar de ser descrito como una habitación "executive" con más espacio), que no había teléfono, y la "recepción" difícilmente podría funcionar como una mesilla de noche (que estaban completamente ausentes). No probamos el desayuno incluido porque la cola era muy larga (y/o el espacio tan pequeño) que no pudimos ver la habitación para ver lo que se ofrecía.

Desventajas: The stop behind the door in the bathroom makes it hard to open the door properly and use the sink. Would probably be nicer for the people underneath if there were rugs on the floor as it's a wood floor so I can imagine it could get quite loud underneath.
