Ventajas: Justo en frente de la estación de metro. A sólo una parada de la línea O2 y directo al centro de la ciudad. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Buen desayuno buffet, restaurante acogedor así como el salón bar.

Ventajas: Wifi was good. Breakfast was pretty good - fair amount of selection (just don't take the bacon, as it's undercooked). It is located very closely to the underground (across the road).

Desventajas: Hard mattresses; would have liked it was softer, as it wasn't too comfortable. It was noisy from other rooms and cleaning staff in the hotel (their cleaning stuff was in the room next to mine). I wish there was a safety box in the room itself, not having to go downstairs to store your things safely.

Ventajas: we just have one day and a night in London. Arrived early at the hotel, the staff stored our luggage until we returned quite late in the evening to check in. Very convenient to be able to check in at any time. Right across the road from the tube station, very good location. Good and varied breakfast.

Desventajas: although the bar was open, no food available in the evening except pizza. The staff were not able to give us information on places to eat in the area.

Ventajas: Amazing location with train station in front of the building (access to Jubilee line). Hotel is brand new, room was spacious and clean.

Desventajas: Waiting time is ridiculous at their restaurant. 30min for a pizza! Food was good though.

Desventajas: When you cook pork meat,must be absolutely well done, so all the toxins get away , and it wasn’t well cooked, also would like to suggest more help in the bar. Had to wait 8 minutes to ask for a soda .

Ventajas: Location is very good - tube station just across the street; Westfields shopping mall is two stations away; very clean; great shower, staff generally very helpful, beds were comfortable and room cosy.

Desventajas: Breakfast - although nice; very pricey No phone in the room - so cannot contact reception and I guess not able to order room service Requested an early check - was not able to accommodate Rooms very small - but alright for me! In the immediate area - not much shops around

Ventajas: The location was excellent, right outside Canning town tube and bus station, the staff were friendly and helpful, everything works as it should and you can tell its new.

Desventajas: Couldn't eat breakfast as all the meat was pork, however, there were halal restaurants on the high street 5 minutes walk away

Desventajas: Just stayed there for £85 was going to book again for April only to find the price has gone up to£224 because there's an event on at the O2 shame on YOU.

Ventajas: We only stopped one night to go to a concert at the O2.We stopped at The Pilot in 2015 and it is much improved now.We had breakfast,my husband had a cooked breakfast and I had 2 poached eggs on toast asI don't eat meat and both were very nice.

Ventajas: The room was unique and tastefully set out, the bed was comfortable and having a controllable air con system was nice. Food was good and most staff were attentive and polite.

Desventajas: Not being able to ascertain the exact location from staff when we called on route after getting lost .

Ventajas: Very quirky setting: half a street of Georgian London (pub plus a row of terrace houses) totally surrounded by modern development. Spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated room, good food at a good price, friendly. Walking distance to Tube, riverbus, cable car.

Desventajas: A bit noisy but that's to be expected (pub).

Ventajas: The Pilot Inn is ideally placed for stays when visiting the O2. It has free parking. Excellent rooms, which are well stocked with good quality beverages and toiletries. The breakfast is scrummy!!! A great find for us, we will definitely go again

Desventajas: No había aire acondicionado, el menú y la carta era todo en ingles, nadie sabía hablar español, el desayuno muy pero que muy escaso, la cama incomodisima de muelles y muy incómoda, entraba mucha luz por la ventana ya que no tenía persiana!!!!! Muy decepcionante

Ventajas: Lo mejor de este hotel es el ambiente acogedor del lugar y del personal. Las habitaciones son cálidas y están bien decoradas. El pub tiene siempre muy buen ambiente y se come muy bien. Desayuno british casero buenísimo. Si se va al O2 es el lugar perfecto, ya que está a un agradable paseo de 10 minutos (si se va tranquilo). En la zona del O2 hay varios sitios donde comer/cenar, cine etc. Nuestra experiencia en The Pilot ha sido maravillosa. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

Ventajas: El yate esta muy bien, las habitaciones amplias, ofrecen agua, cafe, tes y galletas en la habitacion, la cama muy comoda. La zona tranquila y agradable, el DLR comodo y rapido (en 35 minutos llegabamos a bank) Restaurantes alrededor.

Desventajas: El DLR ni funciono el fin de semana, asi que llegar al hotel nos costo bastante. El hotel no habia previsto ningun tipo de transporte. El desayuno no vale lo que cuesta, muy poca variedad en comparacion con otros hoteles.

Ventajas: Setting - on the water by Excel Great room - plenty of room and sitting area.

Ventajas: The location was great amazing took a cable car over to greenwich to the millennium dome was amazed how big it was inside and how many restaurants there was We had a lovely steak meal on the boat staff were polite and very helpful with our requirements Had a front table looking out over the river what else could you ask for great place to stay would highly recommend !!

Desventajas: Are room was supposed to be a dock view ,but was the a view of the quay side. The staff were not helpful when I complained about the view from the room. Totally disregarded my complaint. The service at the bar was very slow,( I’m glad it wasn’t busy ) .

Desventajas: Access on and off the boat. This is restricted to two lifts, if its busy you have to wait.

Ventajas: Es un hotel muy original, como estar de crucero. La habitación (executive) muy amplia y limpia. La zona no es centrica, pero está muy bien comunicada. No hay aparcamiento en el hotel, pero see puede dejar el coche en el parking del Excel.

Desventajas: El desayuno no estaba incluido y es bastante caro.

Ventajas: Location great for Excel and Docklands. The superior double cabin was really very nice with a water view. Woodwork and panelling immaculate and carpets and room super clean. We expected quite a lot and they exceeded that! We will stay again. Great Italian restaurant just opposite across the dockside square.

Desventajas: A bit of a walk with luggage from rather expensive overnight parking (£20).

Desventajas: The air con did not work as it was supposed to. light bulbs in Cabin not working. Lots of little things missing like no tissues, only 2 tea bags. Room service did not clean the cabin on Saturday at all. And over charged for a Bottle of Peroni in the bar. All in all the yacht was a bit tired. For the money not a bargain.

Ventajas: Una ubicación estupenda si estás trabajando en el centro de convenciones. El restaurante libanés enfrente del hotel es excelente.

Desventajas: El mayor problema con este lugar es en realidad el precio. Por esta cantidad se espera mucho, y el Crowne Plaza se queda corto. Las habitaciones no están listas para el check-in, el desayuno continental es verdaderamente horrible, y las habitaciones apretujadas no son un problema si estás pagando menos. En mi próxima estancia veré si alguno de los otros hoteles del bloque es mejor, pero este precio podría ser sólo una función de una ubicación que está a sólo unos minutos a pie del centro de convenciones.

Hemos pagado parking muy caro e quando llegamos no teníamos lugar, bueno para no hablar que nadie te hacía sentir bien en el hotel!!!Los horarios para los niños en la piscina és muy limitado e aún hacen classes privadas com niños de la ciudad, a ver, solo tienes metade de la piscina para la gente que está de vacaciones. De verdad me quedé alucinando....Vista en la habitación para el parking!!! Para un hotel de 4 estrellas, yo le daría 2 estrellas. Solo un empleado de nombre Rayan en el día siguiente nos ayudó de la manera mejor. La ubicación es perfecta, pero no volveremos jamás a esse hotel.

Ventajas: Good location, not too busy, a few restaurants nearby if you wish to eat out, (or alternatively eat at hotel). Train station 2 minutes walk away, easy to jump on, change at Canning Town and travel into central London. Lovely food, with wide variety at breakfast. Excellent staff, friendly, helpful and professional.

Desventajas: Smoked bacon at the breakfast buffet, (nothing wrong with the cooking of it, it just isn't my personal preference).

Desventajas: The check in took extra 45 minutes due to room was not ready. The staff at front desk was not feeling sorry, they behaved as if it’s normal and I must expect this service delay. Secondly, I saw my credit card statement today and shocked seeing one additional charge GBP112 in my credit card from Novotel London excel. My payment were done upon check in itself and I have checked out with notifications on 29Aug. This charge is unacceptable. This is the second time I have issue for my reservations with booking.com as my previous stay with Hyatt place Dubai also was restless.

Ventajas: We just got married and went straight to hotel, when booking I said it’s our honeymoon. They upgraded our room for free and put rose petals and a towel design in the shape of a love heart. Which was totally unexpected was just expecting a rose or something but they went all out and made our wedding night so special. Everything was amazing.

Ventajas: Everything, perfect location, smart, clean, trendy, comfy, love the separate toilet and extra shower over bath. Nice touch having the water in rooms too and loved the massage chairs x

Ventajas: Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Not as spacious as I would have expected them to be. The AC was on the lowest degree yet I was unable to sleep due to the heat. Staff were friendly, price was expensive as you’d expect in London. The location was quite far from the center but its a 2 min walk from the DLR station. Overall good stay.

Ventajas: Más que correcto, hay variedad. La única pega es que si la estancia es larga, se repite. No obstante, hay desayuno ingles, fruta, lacteos, tortiatas, etc, ... El traslado al puente de Londres en 20 minutos, zona tranquila y en desarrollo urbanístico.

Desventajas: La carta del restaurante para cenas y comidas es limitada, y en el caso de repetir varios días es imperativo repetir. El aire acondicionado está demasiado frío.

Ventajas: The bed was super comfy and the bedding fresh. The room overall was spacious and warm with AC enabling us adjust the room temp to a comfortable level. The smart TV allowed me to connect my Netflix account which was handy.

Desventajas: There were no facilities to make hot drinks in the room. but the bar area on the ground floor provided all of the refreshments we required.

Ventajas: It seems like a business hotel style but Holiday Inn Express Excel is more than that. Staffs are kind and friendly.

Desventajas: Buffet breakfast is not rocket science. The whole service the buffet was out of stock of most cooked foods, cutlery and crockery for hot drinks. Lots of inpatient customers, harassed staff and take the shine off an otherwise pleasant stay

Ventajas: La cama era súper cómoda pudimos descansar muy bien, las habitaciones cuentan con televisión y son pantallas grandes. Las toallas limpias y la cama preparada todos los días. El baño aunque no sea muy grande te puedes mover y usarlo sin problemas.En general repetiría el volver al hotel.

Desventajas: Uno de los empleados cuando fuimos a pedir algo de comer y beber al no entender lo que ponía en inglés y decirle si hablaba español te miraba con cara de desprecio y sabiendo que estamos alojados y somos mayores de edad nos pidió la documentación.

Desventajas: The room was classed as a suite which it certainly wasn’t. On one day our tea, coffee and milk was replaced and clean towels were put in bathroom but the bed was left unmade and used coffee cups which were brought up to the room along with wine glasses were just left. Consider the cost for the three nights which was outrageous it was appalling.

Ventajas: Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much for them.

Desventajas: The Food and drink was a bit pricey, but having said that the food was excellent, and plenty of it.

Ventajas: Las habitaciones son amplias. Muy buen restaurante, con un buen desayuno. El personal era cortés y profesional. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Gran relación calidad-precio.

Desventajas: La ubicación fue un reto! Hay un buen paseo hasta DLR. Y a una buena distancia al centro de Londres.

Ventajas: El desayuno era excelente y el restaurante fue una agradable sorpresa. También tenía algunas comidas ligeras en el bar por la noche y era abundante y sabroso.

Desventajas: Conexión WiFi no era tan buena como me he acostumbrado a esperar de la mayoría de los lugares en Londres. Todo el lugar parecía un poco desgastado y necesita una renovación.

Ventajas: The hotel was clean and well managed. The staff were friendly and efficient and worked quite hard to please us customers. Breakfast was self serve and very well organised with constant top ups. The evening meal could be taken in the bar or within the restaurant and the service in both was good. For my visit to London, it was great that hotel was next to London City Airport and a DLR station so getting around was a doddle. Good hotel; nice cookies !!

Desventajas: El cuarto pésimo, era para personas con discapacidad y tenía un olor horrible,a las 3.am tuvieron q cambiarme de cuarto, una persona de nacionalidad española q trabaja en el desk muy mala actitud. Salí decepcionada de este hotel solo tiene nombre.

Ventajas: Clean room, good breakfast buffet,

Desventajas: The total payment amount was prepaid, but they charged me extra money during my stay, and when I asked them about that they said “sorry” it is a mistake and we will refund it back to your credit card!

Ventajas: Clean!

Ventajas: It is a nice clean hotel , good breakfast , good staff, nice river view

Desventajas: No fridge in the room The location is too far from city center you need to use more than one station

Desventajas: Breakfast Selection / choice was poor Breakfast was chaotic, didn't get offered tea or coffee (so I eventually helped myself to it) No mini fridge in the rooms Food at the bar and restaurant was expensive / not worth the price

Ventajas: Changing the bed for a bigger one

Desventajas: The size of the queen bed was not big enough for two.

Ventajas: Facilities were good and room also nice

Desventajas: Walls were not sound proofed and so sleep disturbed due to neighbouring room being noisy and sleeping late and rising early

Ventajas: Proximity to Excel and City airport

Desventajas: The hotel is old, smells badly, breakfast is poor. Was extremely expensive for such level

Ventajas: Muy buena relación calidad-precio y práctico. Buen servicio, desayuno gratuito, una buena ubicación para eventos ExCel y al aeropuerto. Un poco incómodo para visitar el centro de Londres, pero por lo demás no tengo queja!

Ventajas: No me gustó nada excepto la cercanía al aeropuerto.

Desventajas: No podía creer que solo había 30 minutos de wifi gratuito. No había teléfono, la televisión parecía un ordenador...

Ventajas: The breakfest was a surprise. So good and fresh. Better than in many higher class hotels

Desventajas: It was not possible to book 2 rooms in one go on internet. Hence I booked two two times one room on my name which caused quite some confusion at the beginning. Also annoiyng was that the hotel was overbooked when we arrived. It ended up that I got a disabled room.

Ventajas: Habitación limpia y de un tamaño normal, no tan pequeñas como acostumbran a ser hoteles de estas características en Londres.

Desventajas: Aquí los tópicos si se han cumplido: hotel sin servicios adicionales. En la ducha tienes que decidir si quieres agua caliente o presión de agua, pero las dos cosas a la vez no pueden ser. No hay ningún cartel en el exterior que indique que es un hotel, y tampoco una recepción como tal (es un ordenador bajo una escalera).
