Ventajas: A mi hija y a mí nos saludaron como si fuéramos realeza. Todo el mundo es amable, eficiente y profesional. El Ritz es precioso y siempre está limpio. Los camareros son muy adecuados y la comida era fabulosa. Recomendaría encarecidamente el Ritz, porque sin duda no te defraudará.

Ventajas: Perfect location and the staff were amazing. So friendly and always smiling - nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and light. The bed was very comfortable and free bottle waters were a nice touch. Amazing en-suite, nice powerful shower.

Ventajas: We were surprised by the quality of breakfast especially as the breakfast area was quite small but everything was so fresh and flavourful and of a really high standard. They kept replenishing the breakfast area as well. We really enjoyed our stay and ended up staying in our room longer than we thought as we had a terrace and everything was so nice and comfortable. Really liked the bar area too.

Ventajas: Hotel limpio y moderno en una ubicación céntrica con habitaciones grandes y buenas comodidades. El personal es muy amable y extremadamente conocedor y servicial con direcciones y sugerencias.

Ventajas: Cerca de muchas atracciones turísticas y dos estaciones de metro, el hotel está en un gran lugar. El personal era amable y muy servicial. ¡incluso me dejaron entrar en mi habitación cuando llegué de mi vuelo temprano a las 9am! Las habitaciones eran bonitas y estaban limpias, el desayuno también era genial.

Ventajas: Hotel staff are super friendly. They patiently answered all my questions. Also, they provided me with great advice that saved us money on taxi to train station. This hotel has a perfect location which is close to everything. Plus, hotel was kindly arranged a wonderful card, a piece of cake a bottle of Champ for my aunt who was having her birthday during our stay in London. It was a nice surprise to all of us. I will definitely recommand this hotel to my friends if they travel to London in future.

Ventajas: This may be one of the best locations in London. Perfectly situated between the royal district of the palaces and the strand and its theatres and restaurants. Also, it's right on top of the Charing Cross station (though you wouldn't hear it at all)

Ventajas: Everyone was very friendly and very helpful, surprise room upgrade which was very nice, had a small problem which was sorted very quickly and without fuss, overall a very enjoyable stay, I am looking forward to my next visit

Ventajas: The staff was exceptional - very nice, accommodating, helpful. Everyone was good doorman, reception, concierge, waiters, etc. They helped us with our luggage. They picked us up at the corner of the street with a trolley since cars can’t come into Leicester Square at a certain time. The family room was so big, fit all 4 of us and enough room for our huge luggages. It had a view of Leicester Square. The breakfast was great! It had a lot of great options. There was Nespresso in the room, as well.

Ventajas: The Breakfast was very American based and therefore not styled to British tastes. Please do not get me started on the air conditioning, it was so cold you believed you were in some New York Hotel.

Ventajas: I respect the Night duty manager on the date I arrived as I have arrived earlier than expected and did not have a room for me. He was very nice, considerate : he offered water, drinks, a blanket and made sure I get a room as FAST as he could. Thank you again also for the hospitality of ALL staff from desk, vallet, food, room services. THEY ARE SO GREAT. THE VALLET GUY EVERY MORNING IS JUST F A N T A S T I C It is sad that construction works are blocking the road towards your hotel. Ventajas: The location was perfect but this was topped by the staff, in all departments, they were very friendly and went that extra step to ensure we were looked after, excellent service.

Ventajas: Extremadamente ordenado, práctico y funcional. El personal hizo todo lo posible para ayudar con cualquier cosa pequeña. La ubicación no puede ser mejor: Caminé hasta el Museo Británico en menos de media hora, y justo a la vuelta de la esquina del Teatro para fantasmas De Su Majest. Mi habitación era tranquila y sin ventanas, pero estoy bien con espacios pequeños; si no viaja solo, puede que se sienta agobiado.

Ventajas: Esta es una propiedad sin lujos pero que compensa con operaciones de servicios por su ubicación. Habitación más pequeña en la que me he alojado durante 30 años, más de 100 propiedades y 5000 noches. La habitación doble estaba 10X10 (pies) sin teléfono o en el armario. No hay lavandería o servicio de habitaciones. El servicio de despertador es un golpe en la puerta. No UTILICE para negocios

Ventajas: La ubicación fue excelente. El diseño y los materiales de la habitación son modernos y de calidad. Estaba muy limpio y había un claro enfoque sobre la calidad. Las toallas eran tan suaves y enormes como el de cualquier hotel en el que he estado. La televisión era enormes en comparación con el tamaño de la habitación. El cuarto de baño y sus accesorios eran todos muy agradables y los artículos de tocador estaban también muy bien. Si están dispuestos a negociar un montón de espacio para un precio inferior (bien, el precio más bajo para Londres) entonces esto puede ser una relación calidad-precio. También es bueno si no va a pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel, ya que es cómodo para dormir.

Ventajas: Great staff. Clean, well equipped and comfortable if not tiny room. The free cheese and wine before 8pm is brilliant and a marketing coup. It makes you forget you are staying in a micro-room. Air Con very efficient. Blackout blinds really help sleep. Good sound proofing. Comfortable bed.
