Ventajas: The hotel has friendly staff who are always helpful and smiling. The rooms are very clean and spacious (it has an Ad for "Deliveroo" the food delivery app which is a nice and rare thing to see as most hotels try to promote their own restaurants). Breakfast was good (English Breakfast) which is usually less than the intercontinental but was delicious. Wi FI Service is good and there is a bus and underground station on a walking distance (8 mints by walk). The area is very quiet.

Ventajas: This is a very efficiently run property, the common area is a great place to relax and drinks, nibbles a welcome bonus. The property has security for the lifts and has a welcoming atmosphere. The apartment was spacious, clean and modern. The heated towel rail in a modern bathroom was appreciated and the basement laundry a great asset. We would definitely stay here again even though the exchange rate for AUD makes for an expensive stay. Staff were great, friendly and helpful and happy!

Ventajas: I read lots of reviews on this hotel. I thought they were all a bit “too good to be true”, however within few hours of being there, you realize it’s a gem. The hotel is beautiful, the location is awesome with The Eye, Parliament Square, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace are just within 15 minutes walk. You are 5 minutes walk from Thames River and 5 minutes from Vauxhall Underground. Also there is a small grocery store right beside the underground station, where the wine and beer are very cheap. The room was spacious, with kitchen facilities. However while they say it’s a king size, it’s really only a queen size bed, but it was very comfortable. Great water pressure for the shower. Buffet breakfast was awesome and the coffee machine (available 24/7 for free) makes the best Capucinno or latte. The evening manager, I did not get his name, but he is awesome. Ensuring you have everything you want. There is a complimentary snack with hot and cold selection plus wine and beer Monday to Wednesday (7 pm to 8 pm)and the food display is awesome and very good. One of the young lady working the buffet - Eniko, was very nice and constantly helping with whatever you wanted. Finally, we were happily surprised to see that there were FREE laundry facility for guests - they sell soap for 1£. I had never seen that anywhere else. So we were able to wash all our clothes before leaving. All in all, a fantastic hotel that surpasses my highest expectations. I highly recommend this place.

Ventajas: This was our 2nd stay at Marriott County Hall in less than a year. I love the location of this hotel. I always like my room with the river view and the views of Parliament and Big Ben (although it's been shrouded in scaffolding). The staff are very accommodating, professional, helpful and kind. The breakfast is good--gets you well fueled for your day of exploring and touring. The rooms are well appointed, comfy beds, good temperature controls and amenities. excellent water pressure in a super clean big bathroom. Love having after-touring nibbles and drinks in the bar.

Ventajas: This hotel is top notch! The room is super nice and the restroom is massive with a really nice shower. We were greeted with champagne and in our room was complimentary champagne and macaroons since we were celebrating our honeymoon! The location is everything! It is right next to the London Eye and there are so many activities and places to eat in a walking distance. It is definitely worth staying if you can spend a little more in London.

Ventajas: The main meal was excellent. Flat Iron steak, to perfection. The peppercorn sauce was very runny but very tasty. And the Spatchcock Chicken was huge and delicious. The deluxe room was very big, clean, and had a lovely bathroom. Couldn't get to sleep though. Not sure what the matress type it is, but I'm used to memory foam, and this mattress made me fidgety. Fabulous staff too. Very polite. The waiting and bar staff were very cool. Great hair and tattoos :D

Desventajas: En recepción intentaron vendernos a una mejor vista! El desayuno era de £20 por persona! Fácil comer por mucho menos en la ciudad. La habitación estaba caliente sin una opción decente control de la temperatura. Me alojaré en otro hotel la próxima vez.

They invited a glass of wine to other guests but not to us -maybe because we were with toddlers?- not very nice.. The bathroom didn't have a little chair. Desventajas: The food is a pricey BUT it's good and you get what you pay for. It's a big hotel and one of our rooms was about a 2 minute walk to the elevator so if that's an issue for you make sure to request one closer to the elevators.

Great location, less than 4 mins walk from Waterloo tube station, London Eye and other attractions. Would definitely stay again

Ventajas: Reservamos para pasar la noche como nuestros amigos tenían su boda en el salón de baile en el Park Plaza. Gracias a Dios la boda fue buena, porque eso era lo único bueno de este hotel!
Desventajas: Como parte del grupo nupcial nos pusimos en contacto con meses, semanas de anticipación y hasta el día del hotel antes de la fecha de llegada para solicitar un early check in, que nunca ocurrió. Como disculpa porque nuestro cabello y maquillaje artista estaba parado en la recepción, sólo pasaron por 2 de las 4 habitaciones. Durante y después de la boda, nos quedamos atrapados en el ascensor (que estaba roto, pero no clausurado) no hubo disculpa por parte del personal no acusaron de sus errores, más bien me dicen "ya no quiero hablar contigo". Después de haber pasado miles y miles de libras, este es el trato que recibimos. Ninguna compensación fue ofrecida a ninguno de nosotros.

Our room had centralised controls for lights(full, mood, reading) air con and window blinds. Ventajas: We had a one bedroom suite, it’s was beautiful. It had a outdoor terrace which made our stay even better as the view was fantastic. We received champagne on arrival which was expected at all.. but was a great surprise! Over all the stay was wonderful. If we needed anything nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Desventajas: Me alojé en este hotel con mi madre por 5 días mientras estaba de vacaciones. No lo recomiendo. Es caro para las comodidades que se ofrecen. La piscina es mediocre: Es muy pequeña y sólo está bien si tienes niños inquietos (sólo hay 5 tumbonas). El gimnasio estaba bien. El doble de las limpiadoras no llegaron a nuestra habitación según lo requerido, e incluso nos quedamos sin papel higiénico porque, cuando vino la limpiadora, ¡no dejó papel higiénico! hay conexión wi-fi gratuita, que era buena y muchos canales de televisión. La ubicación es básicamente la atracción principal. Mis dos céntimos son que encontramos un hotel sin gimnasio y piscina, e ir por la ubicación para ahorrar dinero. Y encontrar un hotel con limpiadores confiables que hablen por lo menos inglés básico. Ninguno de mis limpiadores hablaba inglés y no entendía palabras como papel higiénico...

Desventajas: - No es culpa del hotel, pero mientras el Big Ben siga tapado por andamios, este hotel pierde algo de su valor para los turistas. Por su ubicación, cuando sales del hotel y te diriges paseando hacia el centro vas contemplando el parlamento y el Big Ben desde la otra orilla del rio. En general la experiencia ha sido muy buena, pero siempre hay algo que mejorar: -La zona del desayuno está poco estudiada y mal distribuida, haciéndote dar mil vueltas por todo el salón y generando mucho tráfico, asi que cuando consigues las tostadas ya se te ha enfriado el café. La fruta está asquerosa, incomible! ¿de donde sacan eso? -Entra algo de luz por las mañanas alrededor de las cortinas.

Desventajas: Okay, the hotel has no concierge service! Then the rooms are a good size, but lack natural light and even the 2 tiny bulbs aren’t enough if you are trying to work in the room. The room I stayed in superior.. second floor had water clogging both in the sink and the shower!! Didn’t expect this at all from a chain. Also, the staff I called to book my room was sweet and pleasant but the staff checking me in had a condescending tone. But hey, again the staff that checked me out later was very sweet. So probably just my bad luck. Anyways, for the price much better rooms available, also cheaper hotels in lambeth would be better than this! I chose this over the near by hotels thinking it would be better as a chain etc. but no.

Very comfortable bed, clean and good layout. Would definitely stay here again in London. Even has a little market store couple doors down. We enjoyed the Bar at hotel, great service, drinks and typical bar food. We did use room service one night after walking all over city and it was decent and decent prices for the location. We did use the provided tea kettle with our own tea. They also had a cappuccino machine with supplies but we didn’t try it. Refrigerator was stocked with basics.

Desventajas: Generally, room for improvement in housekeeping and room maintenance. Bathroom basin did not flow freely, bath taps leaked, clothes washing machine (whilst it worked) seemed to be on it's last legs, a few dodgy cabinet hinges. There seemed to be a reluctance for the kitchenette to be used as a kitchenette (as noted above good range of appliances though) in that the bowls / plates / pans / cutlery / etc were virtually non-existent and we had to repeatedly (almost) beg for them to be placed in our room.

Desventajas: It was an anniversary for my partner and myself and I mentioned this to the hotel when booking and asked if they could make our stay special but nothing was done. There was no coffee or tea in the room. No robes towels or slippers. Stickers on the floor of the bathroom?? Looked like they had been there some time?? Dirty bed linen. The TV didn’t work either?? For £290 p/n I expected more and we left feeling very deflated and I wouldn’t have thought we’d stay there again!! This was our 3rd visit this year as well.

Desventajas: ¡Cuidado! El agente de reservas Cancelon tiene un disparador de fecha temprana que se convierte en una reserva no reembolsable después de promover "cancelación gratuita". Está orientado a empujar la reserva no reembolsable a su sitio para vender. El proceso de listado fue increíblemente difícil de volver a introducir todos los datos en línea, lo que resultó en ninguna venta o compensación. Evitaría reservar a través de Cancelon en el futuro.

Sadly this was not resolved so we had to shower with water overflowing into the bathroom and had to use the large towels to wipe the water off the floor. Meals are slightly too expensive.

The one time I arrived at night, I turned on the light to find my bed without stumbling over stuff that was lying on the floor. Immediately a guy two beds over shot upright and started ranting at me about turning on the light and apparently waking him in the process. (I have yet to meet a hostel where people don't arrive during the night and turn on the lights.) I apologised, turned off the main light, went to the sinks in a seperate room within the dorm and, yes, turned on the lights within that room to brush my teeth. Immediately, another guy who slept next to the entrance of that little room started verbally abusing me for turning on the light and waking *him*. Not my fault the hostel couldn't be bothered to put a curtain or a door there to block the light from spilling into the dorm. Anyway, I want to charge my phone and notice that the socket meant for my bunk bed (and the only one close enough to charge my phone without having to put it on the floor where everyone can steal it) has been used for a fan. No problem, theres another socket I can plug the fan into and re-claim my socket. I unplug the fan, plug in my phone and start plugging the fan into the other socket. Guy 1 jumps out of his bed, comes up in my personal space, starts complaining about my unplugging the fan. I try to explain that I'm definitely gonna turn the fan back on, but he keeps chanting 'fuck you' over and over to silence my words. I still charge my phone (without unplugging the fan), and guess what magically disappeared by the next morning? My adapter. Not my phone (with a drained battery), but my international adapter. Fair to assume Guy 1 did it. I inform an employee of what happened. They make promises about talking to the guy, asking him about the adapter etc. And then proceeded to not do any of that.

Ventajas: The bed was comfortable, and the bar looks pretty nice. Also they have a good breakfast, bread, jams, cereals, milk and veggies milk, juices, coffe, chocolate, tea and fruits.
Desventajas: One shower has no light, and the other shower has no window. The open time for breakfast is 8am, I think it would be nice to star earlier, like 7 or 7:30.

Ventajas: Esta bien ubicado cerca de la estación Waterloo, London Eye y Westminister, se pueden ir caminando. En la planta baja hay un bar que está animado siempre para tomar unas cervezas. Puedes entrar por el bar o por otra entrada independiente. Personal muy amable y siempre te intentan ayudar.
Desventajas: Lo único malo, es que al lado pasan trenes la mayor parte del día, para los que tienen sueño ligero sobre todo.

Desventajas: Our stay cost £158 for one night (Tuesday 1/10). For this we got the smallest room I have ever stayed in. You literally entered the door and then climbed onto your double bed. There was about 10 inches of space on one side of the bed. Max. To get to the other side of your bed you climbed over your partner. There was not even any space anywhere for our shoes -we had to leave them in the minute “bathroom”, again like something out of Alice in Wonderland. Bizarre for the price. No breakfast. No tea/coffee facilities (you could buy one from a machine in the tiny lobby).

Desventajas: The room was Hot with no A/C. The shower was clogged for two days. I reported the first day the front desk person informed me that the maintenance person had already left and will get it fixed the next day. Nobody showed up till 2 Pm t and ill till I went back to inform again. Again I had to tell them that I had to take a shower in a clogged shower, and my ankles developed a rash with standing water. I requested the manager to give me a fifty percent refund, and he refused to do it. The carpet was dirty with spots, and when I opened the windows, people were smoking weed, and all the smell was coming in my room. In other words, the room was not as described with a very uncooperative manager — Will Talk to my credit card company for a refund.

Desventajas: We arrived at Chelsea Guest house which we chose for its location for our evening activity but were then told we were in Clapham guest house half a mile down the road. The building we were staying in had a team of decorators in and everything (stairs included) was covered in plastic with workmen everywhere. In the morning all we could hear was men at work outside our room scraping walls etc. Also on very top floor and no fire escape that we could see. Furniture cheap chipped & shabby, and carpet old, marked and had not been vacuumed. Beds ok and comfy enough. Bathroom tiny but clean.

Ventajas: Considerando lo caro que es alojarse en Londres este hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada! A 5 o 10 minutos caminando al London Eye, y una estación de Metro a 200 metros. La habitación era pequeña pero tampoco creo que necesitas mucho si estas todo el día de Turismo fuera, lo más importante es que tenía una buenisima ducha y cama, que se agradece mucho cuando vienés tan cansado de recorrer, nuestro desayuno no estába incluido pero había una maravillosa panadería a pocos metros del hotel pequeña y nada lujosa pero donde puedes desayunar barato y Rico. Al momento de hacer el checkout (11am) teníamos el vuelo tarde por lo que aun podíamos aprovechar la mañana por londres y agradecimos muchísimo el servicio de custodia gratuito del hotel para dejar nuestras maletas. El hotel es antiguo no muy bonito pero con las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días estupendos en Londres, insisto que su ubicación es lo mejor...

Ventajas: Las habitaciones estaban limpias y ordenadas, los baños eran amplios, siempre limpias toallas y sábanas, ¡era genial! La ubicación también era estupenda, a sólo 7 minutos a pie del corazón de Londres, no se puede superar eso. Como estudiante universitario, me alegré de conseguir una buena oferta para mi estancia. ¡¡lo recomiendo altamente!!
Desventajas:

Ventajas: Me he alojado aquí dos veces. Tiene una buena ubicación a un precio estupendo. El personal era muy servicial a las 4 de la mañana con una preocupación inesperado mía. Volveré.

Ventajas: La ubicación es fantástica, a sólo 5 minutos del puente de Westminster. Cerca del Museo de la Guerra Imperial. Sala de mantenimiento, limpio y el personal es muy amable. Una zona de bar muy buena. Realmente no me puedo quejar.

Ventajas: Excelente precio por una buena ubicación. El pollo chino/plato de fideos fue una de las mejores comidas que he comido en Inglaterra.

Ventajas: La ubicación estaba cerca (Lambeth North) en tren de Covent Garden, etc. Estaba a poca distancia del Parlamento y el London Eye.
Desventajas: Este es el colchón más incómodo en el que he intentado dormir. Me dolía la cadera por los muelles. Llamé a recepción para pedir trasladarnos a una habitación con una cama nueva, pero dijeron que las camas eran "nuevas." Hubo que voltear el colchón y dormir sobre el edredón para que fuera soportable. Además, la conexión wifi fallaba desde hacía 3 semanas, y cuando volvió era muy poco fiable.

Ventajas: Breakfast was good. Same each day but tasty. Location is within 15 minutes walk to Big Ben via the Westminster Bridge. The room was small but clean. The bathroom was also very clean.
Desventajas: We had to ask for a second towel in a shared room. We asked to book a taxi from the hotel to Victoria Station at 5:00 am. The desk ordered an UBER and he overcharged us by twice the price it would have been by taxi. Hotel should have listened and booked a taxi as requested. The hotel is really a 2 star hotel and requires a lot of repairs to walls and flooring. One elevator was not working for the 4 nights we were there.

Ventajas: Considerando lo caro que es alojarse en Londres este hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada! A 5 o 10 minutos caminando al London Eye, y una estación de Metro a 200 metros. La habitación era pequeña pero tampoco creo que necesitas mucho si estas todo el día de Turismo fuera, lo más importante es que tenía una buenisima ducha y cama, que se agradece mucho cuando vienés tan cansado de recorrer, nuestro desayuno no estába incluido pero había una maravillosa panadería a pocos metros del hotel pequeña y nada lujosa pero donde puedes desayunar barato y Rico. Al momento de hacer el checkout (11am) teníamos el vuelo tarde por lo que aun podíamos aprovechar la mañana por londres y agradecimos muchísimo el servicio de custodia gratuito del hotel para dejar nuestras maletas. El hotel es antiguo no muy bonito pero con las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días estupendos en Londres, insisto que su ubicación es lo mejor...
Desventajas: Lo malo que podría destacar del hotel es la presencia de su personal, especialmente las chicas, a manera personal lo que siempre me ah gustado de alojarme en hoteles es sentir la amabilidad , cercanía y calidez que entrega su personal, creo que es un detalle con el que podrían trabajar ya que en dos oportunidades perdimos la tarjeta del hotel y la segunda vez que nos acercamos a recepción para pedirla nos daba miedo jaja no es nada grave pero en general la atención era un poco apática

We had to travel to London as my sister was in St Thomas hospital having a major surgery and we thought we could use the bar why waiting for news but this was not the case as the bar had no drought beer this was very disappointing part of the reason we booked this hotel was the bar was 24hrs so we had somewhere to wait for news.
