Ventajas: There were no staff on site. The fire alarm went off... everyone gathered near front door. One guest turned off alarm but it was still lit up. Only number available was the cleaners who said she would come at 10 in morning. She also said that the alarm had gone off a few times during day time hours. We asked her to call manager and she said she would call back but she didnt. I called fire brigade who came out to check and said that steam from a shower had set it off... but that the alarm system was faulty and needed fixing. My bedding was smelly and bathroom bin still had rubbish in it.

We were upgraded to en suite and our room had a lovely modern bathroom with a double sink. Highly recommend a stay here - and do book breakfast - we didn’t and it looked delicious.

Ventajas: Perfect location. Love Greenwich. We walked to the O2 along the Thames path and got the clipper boat back. The parking was great value for London and the breakfast at cafe rouge was superb. We felt quite spoiled! My other half left his watch in the room and they found it and held onto it for us. They also found a tshirt that he didn’t even know he had forgotten :) Very friendly and very comfy beds. Shower had good pressure and the do not disturb sign made me laugh /)

Desventajas: The room smelt damp and looked rather run-down. The walls were in need of a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture had stains on it. The reason for the damp smell was clear when we discovered that the bathroom had no ventilation whatsoever. There was even a notice in the bathroom requesting guests to keep the door closed after a shower to prevent steam from setting off the fire alarm. Breakfast was adequate - it was particularly busy when we went and there was a long queue of people waiting for the cooked breakfast to be replenished.

Ubicada cerca de lugares muy interesantes de Greenwich (al lado de la estación de DLR, NO DE METRO, DLR, son otros trenes apartes del Metro !!!). Está arriba de un bar para los que les gusta bailar y conocer gente nueva y las fiestas, a las 2.00 en punto cierra el bar y se van todos a dormir. No tuve problemas con el ruido en las habitaciones. Hay descuentos en el bar para los huéspedes de las habitaciones. Hay casilleros para guardar tus cosas. Te guardan las maletas sin costo.

Desventajas: Las habitaciones tienen pésima ventilación, en las habitaciones grandes hay un olor a pies insoportable y son extremadamente calurosas durante el verano (a pesar que valoro que tenía 3 ventiladores, pero aún así el calor y el olor a pies era insoportable). Las ventanas tenían topes y no se podían abrir completamente, lo que dificultaba la ventilación. No tiene aire acondicionado (que hace muchísima falta) y el microondas y el refrigerador estaban malos cuando fuimos, la sala Chill Out se veía bastante bonita pero estaba en reparaciones así que no pudimos usarla.
