Ventajas: Pasamos 6 noches en el Mondrian con nuestros hijos mayores. El hotel tiene una estupenda ubicación, cerca de las mejores atracciones. Gran vista al mar. Nos tomamos unas copas en los bares que tienen buenos cócteles y vistas. Las habitaciones muy modernas con buena ropa de cama de calidad. A mis hijos le encantó que había un cine en el hotel. Altamente recomendado!!

Desventajas: First time in this hotel, and to be honest, quite disappointing. Firstly, sound proof was very bad, we could hear the television sound from the next room though out all night. Secondly, the bathroom was designed poorly, the water goes all over the floor after taking a shower, which makes it very wet and slippery. We paid for almost £280 per night, and I don’t think is worth it.

Desventajas: The only thing that makes me frustrated, which is quite important, is that I booked a room with two sofa beds in booking, but it turned out to be a room with one bed when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel did not give any convincing explanations for this error.

Ventajas: The room was nicely decorated and well appointed. It was a comfortable stay and the food that we ordered was delivered promptly and was nice.
Desventajas: The telephone in the room didn't work, so we had to go to reception halfway through getting dressed to order room service.

Ventajas: Great room, plenty of space and facilities and in a very good location close to Black Friars Bridge and Southwark Tube station. Food in the main restaurant was excellent and very moreish, bar staff very friendly and day time receptionist was very considerate and caring.
Desventajas: I was charged again for the room, even though my company already paid for my stay. I advised this to the night porter and shown him my invoice but he still charged me. The night porters English wasn't the best so i think it was crossed wires. Fortunately i manged to get this refunded to myself but it was an inconvenience on the night.

Ventajas: Room was quite large for inner London hotel, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was not available early enough for our travel arrangements. There is an elevator to help with moving luggage to the upper floors.

Ventajas: La ubicación es excelente, el baño muy bien y la habitación con lindos detalles y espaciosa. El personal muy amable, en especial la persona que está en recepción durante la noche y quiénes atienden durante el desayuno. Es un hotel al que sin duda volveriamos.
Desventajas: Nada, fue una muy buena experiencia.

Ventajas: El hotel está bien situado y bastante bien conservado, pero hacia muchísimo calor en nuestra habitación. Bien el café gratis y servicio de nevera en la habitación. Buen detalle
Desventajas: Hay una parte del hotel sin aire acondicionado y aún no siendo un fin de semana muy caluroso, pasamos mucho calor.

Ventajas: The location is very good! The nearest tube is around the corner that brings you everywhere. Also the big ben is 'only'a 30 min walk. For a cirty trip this was peanuts! ;-) Breakfast was very good as well, there was a lot to choose from and the quality was also very good. The room is spacious enough and has everything you need like a showergel, hairdryer and coffee,tea facilities.

Desventajas: At the bar we ordered drinks and we paid by contactless debit maestro card. After the transaction, the bar staff said the transaction was not approved, so we paid by credit card again. Unfortunately the first maesto card did approve according to our transaction details.. Unfortunately the room was a bit noisy during the night.
