Ventajas: The room was well set out with an extra bed for a 3rd adult. The beds were all comfortable and the sound proofing was excellent so we all got a good nights sleep. Useful in room safe and tea/ coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent with a wide ranging fresh buffet and hot food cooked to order. The best thing however was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special as my daughter celebrated her 21st birthday. They arranged a bottle of Prosseco and chocolate strawberries as well as a card and balloons! Fantastic and huge thanks go to Beth and Kostatin for all their care and attention. The restaurant was also excellent, a new experience for us to have Peruvian food and the staff were helpful with reccommendations.

Ventajas: I regularly stay at the Rosewood in London and am never disappointed. The surroundings, the décor and a feeling of build up when you come to the Hotel; through the gateway to the inner Court yard and coming to the spectacular reception area. Staff are very mindful of what you'll need and very experienced. The Hotel in general is wonderful and the rooms are quiet when you need them to be.

Ventajas: The lovely location and in a way secluded approach to the hotel make it special. You come from the busy Holborn area, in the middle of busy professional London, go through entry gate and its gone, you're in another place, calm, luxurious and extremely pleasant. A huge bonus for me is that the Hotel is wonderfully quiet, a real escape.

Desventajas: We booked a superior king room with walk-in shower which we did not get. However they did compensate with a late check-out. We travelled by Eurostar so stayed at the hotel twice, going and coming back. The first room had a walk-in shower and only lukewarm water and hardly any water coming from the sink- room on fifth floor. On the second visit the room was larger and more comfortable but with an irritatingly squint shower over the bath - room on ground floor.

Ventajas: The hotel was very clean, modern and had a ton of style. The staff was very friendly and they even left us a little surprise in the room for our honeymoon celebration. We especially loved the lobby and restaurant/bar. It was busy from breakfast to dinner but not too busy, just enough to give the hotel a good vibe. Breakfast was delicious!
Desventajas: The rooms were a bit small but we were aware prior to booking. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel room so the size didn’t bother us. The beds were also very comfortable so that helped!

Ventajas: It has such a chilled out cool vibe as soon as you walk in. Iris was at the desk and she was so helpful and so professional, really went over and above to help us. Food amazing, bedroom so cosy, shower amazing, lovely getting breakfast and lovely to have a cup of tea in our room in the morning.location amazing so safe, just a really cool place, we’ll be back again and will recommend to everyone we know

Desventajas: Staff especially in the afternoon in the bar were at best appalling as waited 15 minutes to get served when not busy. When they got round to it thre mistakes were made and they came across as not interested . In fact my partner when informing the waiter of staying in the hotel stated he was not at all interested. Appalling customer service sums up this hotel. Good hotel ruin by untrained staff. Went for dinner at the St. Pancras Hotel which was superb with customer service to match. Shame with good staff a fully decent hotel which it should be at prices like this. I will never venture here again as I can be insulted far cheaper than here!

Ventajas: I loved the bed, it was like sleeping on a cloud. Really big, clean, soft and comfortable. Could not fault it. The next morning I had porridge for breakfast and it was gorgeous. The outside of the hotel is impressive and the staff are friendly and professional. Location wise, it's perfect and situated right next to a lovely park, yet in the heart of London with shops, restaurants, pubs etc just feet away. I would stay here again.

Desventajas: I love a cuppa in my room and was disappointed to see there was no sugar and no spoon provided to stir with. I like little extras like a biscuit or sachet of hot chocolate but this was so basic I didn't bother making anything. I couldn't see out the window as it was slanted and had a tightly fitted blind. It would have been nice to see out.

Ventajas: When I got there the staff were very nice and welcoming. They upgraded my room and made me feel special! I loved the location it was right next to Camden market. The bed was super comfy and my room was cozy.

Ventajas: The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived at the hotel. Checking in was an easy process. The room was very nice and comfortable. The amenities in the room was perfect. The gym was excellent for a hotel. I am satisfied.
Desventajas: The location is not far from central London and there is a short walk from the underground station.

Ventajas: Well positioned. Nice area for a run up Primrose Hill, through Regents Park. Although very busy, staff were generally alert for queuing guests and were proactive in offering service. The breakfast /restaurant facility is hosted by Carluccios and was pleasant - with very friendly staff.
Desventajas: Disappointed, having paid for an upgrade to a room with balcony the view was over a busy street. That didn’t matter really, as balcony was only big enough to stand on! The room appeared to have been very recently refurbished. Sadly, the cleaning standard was very poor - accepting that staff are allowed little time for each room there were still several areas that had been missed, despite obvious need for attention. Marks / solids on carpet / occasional chair etc. As a separate issue, was also frustrated that because of reserving through booking dotcom the Rewards Scheme (now Bonvoy) - didn’t allow credits for earning points or special promotion emailed (fairly understandable) /nights stayed (unreasonable) / green credit for cancelling room cleaning service (dishonest!). I did take this up with Reception as there was no membership condition on the green promotion in the room. The Receptionist kindly agreed to give a credit, subsequently.

There's been some decrease in the looking after you factor since the Hotel was taken over from Meridien and in general a bit cooler. The rooms and location in a way make up for it. Ventajas: I was so looking forward to staying at this hotel because of the location and its boutique style but I was so disappointed in my room and more so the price I was charged to stay in what I can only describe as a prison cell shoe box. I paid £494 for 1 night. This did not include breakfast, it had no Tea or coffee facilities in the room because that is how small the room was, yet it had an espresso machine hidden in a wardrobe area so that area could have been utilized for a small kettle and full tea/coffee facilities. Even the Premier Inn make room for such amenities. To get a hot drink you had to walk down a corridor from your room to a pantry. Early on a morning and before a shower means you have to get ready just to go and get a refreshing morning drink to suit your personal choice. The bathroom had no area for me to put my wash or make up bag, I had to put down the toilet seat to place these whilst I was using the mirror to get ready. The pillows were so soft that your sleeping with your head on the mattress and for this boutique price tag, you most certainly should have the option of a firm or soft pillow. You could not swing a cat in this room and was so difficult opening a large suitcase to get your belongings out every time , then close it up just to have some floor space. The room overlooked the roof of Kingscross and had no view whatsoever. Whilst the room was quiet and the reception staff were very nice and accommodating by allowing me early access to the room as it was ready before normal check in, overall I felt ripped off with such a huge price tag and I would never stay at this hotel again. When paying such a high price tag for 1 night you dont feel the need to question the hotel in anyway and trust that it would meet this price level however I took it upon myself to review further due to my disappointment to find that on other nights they sell these rooms online for as little as £199. I would never book here again !

Ventajas: I’ve stayed there many times and it’s always a pleasure. The location is perfect, by the station so you can get anywhere so quickly. The building is gorgeous with so many common spaces to unwind and chill out. It’s a good place to meet new people. I’ve been traveling around Europe over the last two years and Palmers is the cleanest hostel I’ve stayed. The staff is a plus as well. Always nice and helpful guys.

Ventajas: I’ve stayed there many times and it’s always a pleasure. The location is perfect, by the station so you can get anywhere so quickly. The building is gorgeous with so many common spaces to unwind and chill out. It’s a good place to meet new people. I’ve been traveling around Europe over the last two years and Palmers is the cleanest hostel I’ve stayed. The staff is a plus as well. Always nice and helpful guys.

Ventajas: Privacy curtains round bunk are great. Bunks are solid and don't move. Cheap price, great location near tube, pretty quiet at night even tho it's a hostel in London.
Desventajas: There was a heatwave and no air con meant room was very hot. There was a fan but it didn't do much and was noisy. But it's rare that the weather gets so hot so it wouldn't put me off staying again.

Ventajas: Good hotel, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment. The beds were comfortable and the apartment although compact is a good size for a weekend , it was adequately furnished with a good size fridge, double hob and microwave should you wish to cook, dishwasher and all essential kitchenware was supplied. The staff were helpful and friendly making the hotel inviting and the location was great, accross the road from Holborn station and one stop away from Covent Garden. Would definately recommend and stay again.

Ventajas: Really good location, staff extremly polite, strong wifi connection. The only thing is that we had a small room, without windows, this is how he booked it. I liked that it was clean, but the lack of light in the night, the fact that the room didnt have windows...for me it was terrible. It was not hotel`s fault, I don`t want you to understand that, this was our option. Usually, I am not claustrofobic, but I felt awful in this kind of room. You just need to take into consideration before you book a small room, without windows...

Desventajas: Not much you can do but the lifts were very small. Bit of a squeeze for one person with a large suitcase and backpack. I’m not a big person either.

Desventajas: El desayuno, no era continental. Yo siempre desayuno salado y solo había dulce, la verdad que fue un gran chasco. No proporcionaban artículos de aseo. Sólo había un bote de gel que se empleaba para todo (pelo, cuerpo, manos) A limpiar no se entraba todos los días. Se tenia que haber limpiado mucho mas

Desventajas: Bed was a bit too small for two people and sinky. Space also small for some rooms. Had to change to a bigger room. Breakfast options weren't much to select from throughout my stay. Cash not acceptable as a means of payment. TV entertainment in the room not great.
