Ventajas: Wonderful hotel with incredible views over the London Tower! Perfect location, with Tower Hill underground station just below the hotel. We had a noise issue with some water pumps and they changed us the room without any problem, thank you for that! Nice pubs and restaurants close to the hotel. Highly recommendable hotel!

Ventajas: The location, the view, the staff, the room (everything controlled by the ipad) room keys worked the entire time we stayed, the design of the hotel, seemed like there was an emphasis on being eco friendly. Even though the room is small it has everything you need and if it isnt in the room it’s somewhere else in the hotel. The sky bar is amazing especially at night with everywhere outside lit up

Desventajas: We changed room for one time because the aircon is not working well. We tried to set the temp to 18C with highest fan mode but it has no wind and feels like 20-23. Technician came by and said this is the best temperature they can have. So for people who are scared of heat might need to take this as consideration. (Though you won't feel too hot when you are just lying on bed...) Room 509 ipad screen touching not working too well, cannot change channel since second day so need to use the remote control. A bit surprised that there is no kettle in room. Can't get any hot water so need to get out for hot tea/coffee... Slightly overprice, probably because we booked too late and it is mid-Sept where students/parents are visiting UK...

Desventajas: Had ‘interior’ room was expecting one with a view, as headlined on your web site. We asked to change but no outside view rooms available. Disappointing as we had booked the hotel almost a month before. Who gets the view rooms and why? Didn’t like having to crawl into bed, I.e. no space either side to get into bed as normal, not easy for two pensioners, one with arthritis. Hot Breakfast first morning was good, second morning, only eggs were actually hot.

Desventajas: It is quite a distance from the tube station, but there is a free shuttle bus in the morning and late afternoon to get you to the tubes which is great but we could have done with the times being written in the information in the room. This is really the only negative i can find but its not really a negative

Desventajas: Not a fan of adjoining rooms, albeit there were not accessible to each other. Trying to find the ice machine on the 1st floor was like playing hide and seek. Later went to the 3rd floor one, which was at least sign posted.

Desventajas: Bathroom was poor. It was small and instead of glass panels around the shower/bath, the was a shower curtain, which whilst was adequate, was not the most hygienic, reduced the space available in the shower and looked awful. Not what I would expect from a ‘5*’ hotel. The staff at breakfast did not appear particularly interested in making the first meal of the day a particularly pleasant one.

Desventajas: Bed felt like it had crumbs in it and not made very well. Breakfast was cold, so I asked for a new one. They microwaved a breakfast and gave it to me. When I left half of my breakfast as it was soggy due to being microwaved. One of the staff (a short black man with short hair) shook his head and said you havent even eaten any of it and questioned me leaving being very rude in the process. I looked back when walking upstairs and he was bad mouthing me to other members of staff. Other than that particulat gentleman, the staff were amazing.

Desventajas: Estaba todo muy limpio pero la moqueta tenía alguna mancha, que no se quita pasando todos los días la aspiradora. En cuanto al baño sólo ponen una botellita de gel y una de champú al día, no había ningún otro artículo de baño, echando de menos eso en un hotel de su categoría.

Desventajas: A little difficult to access at first glance and a TV that was a bit rebellious. If you book a room with a ‘view’ you’ll have the back of all the Canary Wharf buildings and the construction site of the London Spire, so not worth paying extra if you’re just using it to sleep.

Ventajas: While the rooms are very small, they are both well designed and fun. I like properties with character, and this one has loads! Lots of funky places to sit, work, chat - I wish I had had more time there! I also loved the fact that people - staff as well as guests - seem to come from all corners of the world. I love that.

The ground floor was quite funky although we didn't sample food or drink there. Room had everything needed and clean and comfortable. Not big but we were hardly in it so not a problem!

Desventajas: The lights in the room turned off and on in rapid succession through the night. I had to rely on my cell phone for light while in the room. The lights stayed on for not more than 15 minutes for 7 of the 8 nights that I was there. They offered to move me to another room but it was inconvenient to pack and unpack without knowing that the other room won’t have same problem. Too bad that their electrician could not fix it. Considering the inconvenience, the hotel should have offered a rate adjustment. Loved London but will definitely stay at another hotel next time.

Desventajas: The breakfast was a bit of a let down and I hope this is constructive feedback. The staff were surly and seemed half asleep, there were no side plates for the continental breakfast or teaspoons - surely after 5 - 6 people ask for a teaspoon you’d think to put them on the table as standard? I saw one poor woman stirring her tea with a knife, with nowhere to put the teabag. The coffee was so bitter it was undrinkable and we asked for several things like ketchup that just never arrived. Also, at no point were we told or was it indicated on the menu that we could have had the cereal from the cereal bar, and why is it completely separate from the breakfast area? It just makes no sense. It’s a real shame as the rest of the hotel was really nice. Just needs a bit of work to make it somewhere you’d want to return to.

Desventajas: Cleanliness needs work, room was dirty, flooring was coming up. The hotels location is right on a main road so there is a LOT of noise from outside at all times of day! It’s also next to a hospital so there is constant sirens. Staff were not particularly helpful or interested in issues when we checked out!

We stayed with 3 people in a family room. Bathroom was lovely as well. It’s located in zone 1 so you can easily reach things like Tower Bridge of St. Paul’s by walking. There’s a lovely lounge next to the lobby where you can enjoy a few drinks in the evening.

Desventajas: The staff seemed unsure about everything. We asked for an early check in which was (unfortunately) not possible. Adding breakfast seemed “impossible” as well. Nobody knew about prices or anything. Thought for over 300€ for 2 nights it’s already included. That’s the second point: the price. Walls seem to be very thin as you could hear neighbours and everything that was said outside your room.

I don't know if it was because the regatta was on and the hotel was extremely busy but we felt we didn't get the warm welcome we usually do and no option to upgrade. My husband informed them it was our wedding anniversary beforehand but we didn't even get so much as a 'happy anniversary' from when we checked in.

Ventajas: Nice views from the rooms, good location by the Tower and the bridge. Close to the shops, cafes and bars, metro station, all infrastructure is around. Executive lounge is pleasant. Concierge was great, Timothy. Advised restaurants where we have got even the compliment from him - glasses of Prosecco.
Desventajas: Despite I have booked not the standard, but executive room, chosen based on the pictures on booking.com, I have got the room very different from what was on the picture. The room was old, the same which was on the pictures of standard room. Furniture is old as well as carpets. While my colleague who have booked cheaper, standard room got the renovated modern room. Reception explained that the room differs by its amenities and the access to the lounge, which was strange as I have chosen and paid for the room at the picture and it was very weird that the standards are better in this hotel. Was disappointed. Will not go to this hotel anymore, since they haven’t explained how to get renovated modern room paying for it and why it didn’t reflect the picture on the booking...

Desventajas: Day staff didn’t seem to have a clue what they were doing... one girl in the morning didn’t know how to use the coffee machine and a man behind the bar asked my husband 3 times what he wanted to drink and then we watched him just wander around ! He eventually was served by someone else. That was a little baffling !

Hotel I stayed in also known as London Bridge Hotel. Leonardo Royal name drew blanks when asking for directions when WiFi cut out walking around.

Desventajas: The only thing that wasn't great was that our room was next to a maintenance closet and multiple times throughout the evening and morning we could hear the staff talking and moving things around etc. This led to us being woken up earlier than we would have liked on the morning, but wasn't too bad as we did have a train to catch! Better sound proofing would have sorted this issue and next time I would just ask for a different room.
