Los camareros son muy adecuados y la comida era fabulosa.

Desventajas: Todo lo demás - personal cortés, pero muy poco servicial a la hora de resolver problemas y hacer que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos. Servicio lento - la habitación no estaba disponible a tiempo - las vistas desde la habitación eran a las tuberías de vapor. Una de mis estancias más decepcionantes en comparación con las expectativas (y visito Londres 6-10 veces anualmente).
La habitación era vieja (estaba limpia) y no estaba actualizada para ser un hotel de lujo.

Ventajas: Disfrutamos mucho de nuestro estado en el Conrad Hilton. La ubicación era perfecta y el personal muy servicial y amable. Me encantó el hecho de que la estación de metro estaba directamente al otro lado de la calle, así que no había necesidad de coger un taxi o un uber desde el aeropuerto. Tan fácil acceso a lo que queríamos ver e ir, todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí.

Ventajas: Disfrutamos mucho de nuestro estado en el Conrad Hilton. La ubicación era perfecta y el personal muy servicial y amable. Me encantó el hecho de que la estación de metro estaba directamente al otro lado de la calle, así que no había necesidad de coger un taxi o un uber desde el aeropuerto. Tan fácil acceso a lo que queríamos ver e ir, todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí.

Si quieres ir a Harrods puedes caminar en una dirección, si quieres ir a Pickadilly, anda unas pocas cuadras en la otra dirección, si quieres ir a un autobús turístico, solo hay que cruzar la calle ... Este hotel está en el centro de lo que quieras hacer. El portero me recordaba por mi nombre y lo más importante, el nombre de mi hijo de 13 años todos los días. Excelente hotel, me alojaré allí cada vez que vaya a Londres.

Was greeted by a very friendly lady called Anastasia at the front desk who upgraded our room which was amazing ! The hotel left a lovely birthday message and cake in the room for us aswell. My favourite thing about the hotel is the decor and the lovely staff . Will definitely be coming again !

Ventajas: La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, muy discreta y a la vez muy cerca de todo. Puedes ir caminando a los mejores restaurantes de Mayfair sin necesidad de taxi o uber. El personal del hotel muy atento y educado. El hotel está muy limpio, la habitación y el baño estaban en perfecto estado, muy nuevo y cuidado.
Desventajas: NO PUDE DORMIR NADA porque por debajo del hotel pasa el metro cada y 15 minutos hay una vibración y un sonido horrible!!! Además, el lunes por la mañana a las 8.30am me desperté con un ruido terrible ya que en la calle hacia donde daba mi habitación estaban haciendo obras y comenzaron a taladrar durante toda la mañana. Tuve que recoger e irme de la habitación. Pienso que tenían que habérmelo comentado cuando hice el check in ya que habría escogido otra habitación más silenciosa, la verdad que todo lo positivo que tenía el hotel desapareció con esta pésima experiencia. Cuando me quejé en el check out lo único que me dijeron fue que la próxima vez me asegure de pedir una habitación en otro piso!!! Y no me hicieron pagar un chocolate que había cogido mi hermana del minibar... sinceramente me esperaba mucho más por parte del hotel.

La ubicación no puede ser mejor: Caminé hasta el Museo Británico en menos de media hora, y justo a la vuelta de la esquina del Teatro para fantasmas De Su Majest. Mi habitación era tranquila y sin ventanas, pero estoy bien con espacios pequeños; si no viaja solo, puede que se sienta agobiado.

Habitación más pequeña en la que me he alojado durante 30 años, más de 100 propiedades y 5000 noches. La habitación doble estaba 10X10 (pies) sin teléfono o en el armario. No hay lavandería o servicio de habitaciones. El servicio de despertador es un golpe en la puerta.

Las toallas eran tan suaves y enormes como el de cualquier hotel en el que he estado. La televisión era enormes en comparación con el tamaño de la habitación. El cuarto de baño y sus accesorios eran todos muy agradables y los artículos de tocador estaban también muy bien.
Si están dispuestos a negociar un montón de espacio para un precio inferior (bien, el precio más bajo para Londres) entonces esto puede ser una relación calidad-precio. También es bueno si no va a pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel, ya que es cómodo para dormir.

Desventajas: La razón que las habitaciones son asequibles es porque las habitaciones son pequeñas. En verdad pequeñas ... como en su cama abarca toda la distancia de una pared. No hay armario, y a menos que tengas una de las habitaciones más grandes tendrás que poner tu equipaje en el suelo ya que no hay para dejar el equipaje. Eso es un reto porque la planta es realmente el camino desde la zona de la cama para el baño, así que tendrás que caminar por tu propio equipaje.
Si eres un viajero de negocios y necesita espacio de recepción es muy limitado o ausente. Tuve una habitación con un pequeño escritorio y otro donde tuve que usar la mesilla y un escritorio.
Las habitaciones son relativamente oscuras, incluso si las ventanas están abiertas porque se abren a una estrecha luz/patio. Tal vez hay más luz en los niveles más altos.

Desventajas: Was on a business trip and an iron would have been useful. Great sound insulation save could hear running water from showers in other rooms - it was that or very noisy air-con. Not sure paying for a room with windows was worth it as was on the ground floor with opaque windows that were directly onto the pavement outside so just pulled down blackout blinds.

Desventajas: The room was very small Unfortunately for me the day I checked in the aircon wasn’t working so you can imagine after traveling from the middle of England to London I was hoping to rest when I arrived, but the room was so hot I couldn’t. It was August and 30 degrees so this was rather dissatisfying. The hotel did put a small fan in my room but I wasn’t able to sleep very well due to the discomfort. The hotel offered me a complimentary Breakfast

El personal nocturno no brinda informacion sobre ningun lugar ya que dice que de noche trabaja y no tiene tiempo de salir a ningun lado. Esto es un hotel 4 estrellas?

Ventajas: Ubicación muy céntrica. Cerca de la estación de metro y la calle Oxford. A menos de 10 libras en taxi de la estación de Paddington. Habitaciones recientemente renovadas. Nespresso en la habitación. Mucho espacio de almacenamiento (cajones, espacio de armario). El personal es muy profesional. impresora para que pudiéramos check-in para nuestro vuelo de regreso. Cómoda cama y almohadas.
Desventajas: Las reformas aún en curso. La construcción estaba ocurriendo en la habitación de al lado durante el día, en un día de la semana. Ninguna construcción en los fines de semana, y empezó a una hora razonable en días laborables. Pocas comodidades en el hotel, pero no estábamos buscando hacer uso de ellas. Mi esposa no durmió así como ella necesita una almohada con contorno y no había ninguna disponible.

Desventajas: When we arrived, our room was not ready. We reserved a deluxe room but at the beginning they give us a room with no view, they then change it to a street view one. Room service and reception are not do not answer phone calls in late evening or at night. Food in the breakfast is not variable and is the same everyday.

Desventajas: the breakfast pancakes and waffles, the room scent too strong in lobby, horrible elevator music playing all over the hotel, worn down interior, lamps that didn't work, the door had been painted so many times it was hard to open and close without using a lot of force. The hotel just doesn't feel luxurious at all.

Desventajas: Cost was a little higher than I wanted to pay considering we did not have a view of any kind as facing another building, but I didn't have time to really shop for something a little less so I did not rate lower. Bathroom was very tight, but I understand that this is sometimes the case when you travel abroad. We traveled for 3 weeks in British Isles and stayed at wonderful places, some of which had a incredible value for what we got.

Desventajas: 1. I absolutely hated the sink plugs and the bath plugs. They kept getting blocked and had to be manually unplugged. This is very unhygienic, disgusting and outdated! Please replace! 2. At busy times there was a long wait for the lifts 3. I did not like the cleanliness. The cleaners were using very dirty mops.

La habitación estaba bien aunque pequeña (habitación casi de hotel japonés pequeño). No usamos sus restaurantes y fuimos a mucho, mucho mejor buffet en la calle para el desayuno.

Desventajas: A terrible experience! The room is so small that there is no air. no air conditioner, no heating, TV not working. At this hour we had to settle for what was. When we asked if the order could be canceled, they said we would be charged the full price. The staff, especially the receptionist girl who treated us were not at all welcoming. We felt they were doing a favor that they even unser to me . The room was filthy, no linen was changed from the day we arrived. The room is so crowded that two suitcases cannot fit together, but can only be on each other. Reasonable breakfast .Except for the location, i really do not recommend getting close. Not worth the grief. If you are average weight people and above, you can't even breathe in the shower. There is no room for two people with suitcases. Just don't! We skipped from one side of the room to the other by walking on the bed. If you need air, don't come to this hotel.

Ventajas: Great location if you are attending any event in Hyde Park. Complimentary breakfast: just pastries, fruit and coffee in the lounge. There is no other dining on site, but loads near by. Great staff, all very helpful and welcoming. We had a fantastic room, spacious and we'll equipped. Room was quiet even though we were at the heart of London.

Desventajas: Los ascensores estaban desordenados y sólo funcionaba. Las líneas de los ascensores eran enormes y cuando nos fuimos tuvimos que llevar las bolsas por las escaleras.

Desventajas: The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at after 4pm. Then the receptionist told us he didn’t know When the room would be ready, not long hopefully, so we used a friends room to get ready and to leave our luggage as we had dinner plans. When we arrived back at the hotel after 9pm, we were told our room was ready. We went to our room which was clearly under renovation, dirty, unmade bed empty drink cartons and rubbish all over the bathroom floor. We went back to reception and the receptionist was unaware of the filthy room or that it was getting renovated. Room2 on another floor, no air conditioning, broken and when the maintenance guy came he said the hotel was aware but told him to show his face to keep the customer happy. What a diabolical way to treat paying customers. I WON’T BE RECOMMENDING YOUR HOTEL, YOUR ONLY INTERESTED IN MY MONEY NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE- SHAME ON YOU.

Ventajas: Lo mejor la ubicación en Marble Arch al comienzo de Oxford Street.
Desventajas: Para empezar ya no se llama Cumberland sino que es un Hard Rock Hotel, algo que podrían haber avisado cuando reservamos o a posteriori pero no lo hicieron y cuando llegamos nos causó bastante confusión a nosotros y al personal de recepción que directamente nos mandó a otro hotel. Finalmente aclaramos el lío, pero no gracias a la ayuda del personal del hotel. Hasta las 15H no te garantizan que puedas acceder a la habitación (cosa que para ser justos, avisan en la reserva) pero ni siquiera puedes hacer el check-in!!! Incomprensible. Al intentar acceder a nuestra habitación por la noche nos encontramos con que estaba ocupada por otros huéspedes!!!!!! Obviamente nos quejamos en recepción y nos dieron otra habitación pero con unas excusas del todo absurdas y sin disculpas por parte de la gerencia del Hard Rock. Todavía veo la cara de susto de los "ocupas" de nuestra habitación...... En general es un hotel MUY ruidoso y que estaba claro no estaba preparado para la cantidad de huéspedes que tuvieron ese fin de semana (Pride, BST, etc). Lamentándolo mucho no voy a volver a hospedarme aqui, de hecho si me hubieran avisado con antelación del cambio de titularidad hubiera cancelado la reserva ya que el hotel es caro y no ha merecido la pena la experiencia.

Desventajas: No water bottle refill available on the ground floor (although there was an ice machine). We were given free water in plastic bottles though. I tried to phone the hotel several times the day before our arrival, but was unable to get through.

Ventajas: Not much as it was very outdated. I had a very small room, with a portable air cooler unit shoved in it. There’d was so little space that I barely was able to get my suitcase in the door. There was very little staff, and no one to help with suitcases. Their menu prices were far to high, especially their buffet breakfast at 17 ponds.

Took an age to check in we paid £13 each for breakfast no orange juice no water ran out off coffee toaster broke no eggs we were never offed a refund for breakfast just to fill in a complaint form it must have been the same experience for everyone who stayed as a gentleman refused to pay for his room and walked off with out paying would NOT STAY AGAIN we have stayed for the last two years for the Hyde Park radio 2 concert but not next year

Desventajas: We booked two rooms,Rooms very small ,one of the rooms window wasn’t possible to open ,the other rooms window had a gap ,so it’s open all the time .Too much furniture,very old as well ,carpet awful .After complaining we got upgrade to different rooms ,which were much more better .Overall very bad first impression.Never stayed in 4 star hotel which rooms are in such a bad condition.

Desventajas: The furniture old and in very bad conditions. Scratches on the furnitures, paper on walls broken and dirty, cover of the lamp broken and very dirty. No mini bar in then room and not even a bottle of water. Wi fi very low and not often working. Really not possible to work if you need to.
