Ventajas: The Dreamliner airplane.

Desventajas: The food!!!! Worst airline food. The crew barely announce in English. Boarding process is a mess

Ventajas: Friendly crew short plane trip.

Desventajas: Turn on AC. Bigger seats. Better food. Serve drinks more than twice on an 8 hour flight. Actually have soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Desventajas: Air Europa charged for food.

Ventajas: Great service, tasty sandwich.

Desventajas: Boarding was a bit of a scrum.

Desventajas: Movies

Ventajas: The leg room in economy class was average. Not too cramped. There were good selection of entertainment options to watch/listen.

Desventajas: The care and friendliness of the staff needs improvement. The quality of the food was poor. Additionally the boarding process needs to be better organized. Property sequence and queues need to be maintained and followed through.

Ventajas: Nice people

Desventajas: When its rain we shouldn’t walk to the air plain

Ventajas: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Desventajas: Transferring from an international flight to a domestic flight was difficult. This flight was a joint flight between Turkish airlines and China Southern, there should have been someone from China Southern to help us transfer when we landed. I asked the crew at the plane whether someone will help us transfer and they said yes, but there was none. At the very least, how to transfer to domestic flights has to be part of the customs video. Finding where to go was difficult for someone that does not know Chinese.

Ventajas: Very good leg room and comfortable seat.

Ventajas: crew excellent, food excellent, entertainment good.

Desventajas: Space between seat rows is barely adequate.

Desventajas: Must have been an old plane; the seats were a bit worn and the screens are tiny.

Desventajas: Food trays left for 45 mins. This was premium economy Check in took forever even though I checked in 3 hours before departure. Didn't seem to be any staff near self serve check in screens to advise passengers.

Desventajas: Sorry the attitude to help people after a cancelled flight is sucks,

Desventajas: The seats was no to comfortable for the price . They charge for the luggage and any company for traveling internationally does for almost one luggage

Ventajas: No incidents which is always a good thing. I would've liked that the seat had a USB charger though.

Desventajas: For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through.

Ventajas: Terrible

Desventajas: American isn’t my preferred airline for obvious reasons (delays, notoriously bad service, old planes, and a lack of amenities like WiFi and tv’s), but now I’ll never spend my money with them again. They took me off an already delayed flight after I’d already boarded to examine my smart bag. I know that lithium batteries can’t be taken in the underbelly of the plane and I knew my bag would likely be checked at the gate (why I removed the battery and left it at home in the first place). When they asked me if I had a lithium battery in my bag I said “no.” They then gate checked the bag and allowed me on the plane. After everyone had been boarded (half an hour after we’d been scheduled to take off) they then called my name out on the speaker. I had to then de-board the plane and re-explain to staff that there was no lithium battery in my bag. The staff didn’t believe me citing the infallible logic: “there are ports so there’s a battery.” I told them again and again that the battery had been removed and the charging ports—while there—were inert as they weren’t attached to the battery. STILL, I had to remove all of my clothes from the bag, and open every single compartment (of which there were many) for them to allow me to get back onto the plane. They were telling me that they might have to “rebook the flight” if my bag couldn’t get on. I don’t think I need to explain how agitated/terrified that made me.

Desventajas: Delayed 1.5 hours each way for maintenance, did not allow us to switch seats to sit together previously at flight and the flight was very empty. Very uncomfortable seats. Will not fly AA again

Desventajas: the pilot gave us a hard landing in Jamaica

Desventajas: Seat 33A. The audio output was bad. Could not clearly hear dialog. Restarting did not help, this issue as consistent got all media programs.

Ventajas: The staff is always very polite and nice.

Desventajas: First flight of the day was majorly delayed. I understand these things happen. But all flights before 09:00 are the star flights where airlines get their on-time departure scores. They failed today.

Desventajas: Took half hour extra to board an have us waiting for the bus from the terminal to the plane on the stairs

Desventajas: Ticket/luggage issues not handled very well. Long wait lines. No notification of plane delay on monitors.

Ventajas: I loved the crew members, always willing to help great energy through out the flight.

Desventajas: Food choices, up to date movies and inexpensive luggage’s

No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Ventajas: It 3 years ago. Why would you ask now?

Ventajas: They let me sleep and didn’t wake me for food or beverages.

Desventajas: Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all.

Ventajas: Salió más o menos puntual. El comandante era agradable.

Desventajas: El tamaño de la cabina es muy escaso. Para gente alta o voluminosa es un reto.

Ventajas: The safety rating and the price.

Desventajas: Overall, not impressed. The price pasó seemed cheap, but baggage fees aren’t included and are ridiculous. Delayed over 7 hours flight out. Flight back was more or less timely. The movies are old, and the newer ones are B level, at best. The food, is cheap. The price seemed right, safety ratings were good too; but won’t fly with them anymore.

Ventajas: Flight wa smooth, little to no turbulence.

Desventajas: No notice of the delay. There were several adecúate attendants and one needs to be taken out of her misery. What an awful negative and rude person, I feel sad for her. The others were ok.

Ventajas: Crew was awesome, airplane was new and clean All planes were on time

Ventajas: Nothing. I missed my original connection because the flight from Budapest was late and I was put in a cramped middle seat while there were seats open in First Class. I should have been upgraded

Desventajas: Upgrade passengers that you make late.

Ventajas: Full bottle of water and continuous refreshments in flight.

Desventajas: Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies

Desventajas: I made a mistake in my daughter's surname while booking online, BA refused ro change it at check-in and forced me to buy a new ticket for her.

Ventajas: Everything.

Desventajas: better assistance for people on wheelchairs in the airport.

Desventajas: Continues the use of entertainment tv program during the delays - take off was delayed, descending was delayed and parking was delayed.

Desventajas: The seats were so uncomfortable for such a long flight. And they was not enough space between rows. I felt like cattle. It was in humane. My legs were numb several times during flight. My chair would not recline properly. I’m exhausted. Won’t be booking aireuropa ever again.

Ventajas: The flight was on time and the staff were great.

Desventajas: The seats are quite worn, with crumbs and drips here and there from previous flyers, and the magazines very dog-eared - makes you feel a bit like you don't want to touch anything.

Ventajas: The crew were very attentive and there was a large variety of in-flight entertainment.

Desventajas: I am not a heavy set guy but the seats were unreasonably close to each other, this meant that when you eat a meal your elbows push into your sides making it hard to bring food to your mouth.

Ventajas: Delicious inflight meal and outstanding service!

Desventajas: Please keep up the same standards

Desventajas: Little more comfortable seats. However, allowing to check in two bags free of extra cost is great!

Ventajas: After we missed our flight, we were provided with terrible customer service.

Desventajas: We were told to go to the wrong gate. After we missed our flight, we were charged 880 USD to book for the identical flight the following day. We were taken around in circles inside the airport. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Desventajas: no red wine - what is written in the menu in business class was missing the main course meal

Desventajas: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!
