Ventajas: Atencion

Desventajas: Uds me vendieron un pasaje que no incluía equipaje esto fue trajico, nunca mas usare kayak

Desventajas: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Ventajas: The staff is always very polite and nice.

Desventajas: First flight of the day was majorly delayed. I understand these things happen. But all flights before 09:00 are the star flights where airlines get their on-time departure scores. They failed today.

Ventajas: Smooth flight but we got delayed because captain wasn't there

Desventajas: United is the worst. I had to check my carry on both ways for $30 even though my tickets wasn't affordable at all. They have ridicoulous seating.

Ventajas: Easy boarding and smooth flight.

Desventajas: No individual screens. Limited and unhealthy food options.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed due to fuel crew no showing on time.

Ventajas: All great in Biz. class.

Ventajas: Air Europa sucks. Avoid if you can. Not worth the savings.

Ventajas: Seat in Business Class Dreamliner was excellent-very comfortable with great flexibility of use. Service was attentive, but challenged to understand English

Desventajas: Entertainment selection of movies and music was very poor and too limited. Food was of inferior quality for business class

Ventajas: Fue más o menos puntual. El vuelo era directo. No estaba demasiado lleno.

Desventajas: El avión era muy viejo, escasamente cómodo y sin sistema de entretenimiento. La aplicación no se puede usar si no la descargas previamente y eso había que haberlo sabido antes de embarcar para poder hacerlo con el wi-fi de la terminal. Uno está de vacaciones en USA y generalmente no tiene datos móviles. Tantas horas de vuelo sin nada que ver se hacen interminables.

Ventajas: Espacio entre los asientos aceptable

Desventajas: El embarque fue un desastre. Demora por varias razones y una hora más en el avión porque buscaban a un pasajero que ya estaba dentro. Aún así no cargaron comida en el avión. Un desastre

Desventajas: The seats were so uncomfortable for such a long flight. And they was not enough space between rows. I felt like cattle. It was in humane. My legs were numb several times during flight. My chair would not recline properly. I’m exhausted. Won’t be booking aireuropa ever again.

Ventajas: Plane was nice and the crew was good, except that the flight left almost an hour late without enough announcements as to what was going on and when we might be leaving.

Desventajas: More communications when the flight has been delayed and sitting there.

Desventajas: Service training for the Crews for being more polite and for having smiling face..., please!!! Everyone was angry for hardworking????

Ventajas: Impressive service... amazing crew, very friendly and professional

Desventajas: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Ventajas: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Desventajas: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Ventajas: The plane ✈️ itself the attendants . The entertainment on board. Really great

Desventajas: Nothing dissatisfying about the flight nor the airline staff . Very polite, very professional. It was a Great flight. For long trips this airline is one of the best.

Desventajas: Lack of crying babies and lack of sleep seats too close lack of comfort

Ventajas: Turkish Airlines can really teach other airlines about hospitality and customer service. They really go above and beyond to make you feel super comfortable.

Ventajas: The crew didn’t have most things listed that should have been for sale. They were annoyed when asked for things. If you needed something mid flight you had to go to the service area...they would not serve you at your seat.

Desventajas: Everything...app didn’t work, baggage allowance wasn’t clear (extremely overpriced), crew was irritated...don’t use this airline if you don’t need to

Ventajas: Crew were polite. The plane was clean and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Luggage cabins were. roomy. Price was great and no extra hidden charges.

Desventajas: Food was okay. Small portions

Desventajas: The plane was old and had no entertainment, there was a technical problem with the plane that made us late

Desventajas: Seats could have more room, specially with handicapped people

Ventajas: The lasting hollow feeling that your corporate irresponsibility leaves in the mind. It solidifies the theory that no injustice is greater in America than that of lost revenue.

Desventajas: You should be cancelling flights out of Europe during the Corona Pandemic you psychos.

Ventajas: my flight going to Peru was disappointing the entertainment unit in front of me did not work I tried to get help from the steFf but they just smile and walk away service was terrible on my way back from Peru the plane broke down in Bogotá Columbia we were trapped inside the plane for three hours with no air-conditioning we disembarked and they offered us to stay in a hotel but the hotel voucher took a very long time to receive we ended up going to the hotel at 3 o’clock in the morning to get up at 5 o’clock in the morning for the return flights very disappointed will not fly Avianca again

Desventajas: For that size of airplane basing on the fact that it was an international flight not having a USB port or any power source by the seats it’s ridiculous. The boarding process was a nightmare, very disorganized the crew members starting boarding group by group just using ONE of the two entrances available because of it the line to board the plan occupied almost 2 boarding gates. I couldn’t reclaim my seat because it was broke, the quality of the food was very mediocre, crew members attitude were upsetting... uncaring and ignoring passengers call. Another filthy plain ... I had 4 flights with avianca between 2 International fights and 2 national connections, all flights were terrible! The worse part is I probably could’ve flight more comfortable for less money or at least get what I paid for.
