Desventajas: Seats Could be more comfortable. The seat was too stiff.

Ventajas: The seat was very comfortable the service was terrible the flight attendant helped the attendants in coach before taking care of the 3 passengers in first it was disrespectful the peanuts were horrible and the wine was terrible

Desventajas: They charged us extra for set 3 and it is on the back side of a bothersome curtain separating us from 1st class. As the plane took off it flew in our face. Flight attendants took great care of the 8 people up front and offered the rest of the plane the opportunity to buy stuff and drinks.

Ventajas: They let me sleep and didn’t wake me for food or beverages.

Desventajas: Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all.

Ventajas: Great food. Nice staff.

Desventajas: Make a rule that people cannot put their seats back. People in front of us were rude and kept their seats back the entire flight, even after we nicely asked them to not have the seats back so far. Would prefer that seats did not move at all. I would never recline my seat in consideration for the person behind me. On an 11 hour flight, this is a big deal.

Ventajas: Cabin crew were great.

Desventajas: Was almost impossible to make this connection. Honestly I probably should’ve been moved to yet another later flight. Ground crew said my bag had made it on board, so i waited and waited but it never showed up in Kraków. Lost luggage team was helpful and told me it didn’t make the flight - it was on the next one. Hopefully it gets delivered soon but it will be difficult bc my air bnb has no buzzer

Ventajas: Well, maybe except of these "preferred sitting" arrangement. The sit was in front of open space and restrooms. Constantly people were standing and waiting for the restroom. Their butts were literally at the "preferred sited" passengers faces. I felt, I would be way more happy in a regular sit.

Desventajas: Such sits should not be declared preferred and cost more.

Ventajas: Good crew.

Desventajas: Not being 1 hour late

Ventajas: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing, flight on schedule and good entertainment.

Desventajas: Space is just reasonable on a long flight, even if there's seats more spacious that you could choose if you pay more.

Desventajas: Just not enough room in the economy class, especially when the person in front reclines their seat.

Ventajas: Super great crew and super great seats

Desventajas: Wheel chair assistance at Heathrow was very very slow it took 2 hours to change gates in Terminal 5

Ventajas: Fue la primera vez que me gustó la comida que sirvieron durante un vuelo.

Desventajas: La comodidad en clase turista sigue dejando mucho que desear.

Desventajas: Crew was rude and the seats had astoundingly little leg room. Plus they tried to upcharge for everything. Will never fly with this airline again.

Desventajas: No notice of the delay. There were several adecúate attendants and one needs to be taken out of her misery. What an awful negative and rude person, I feel sad for her. The others were ok.

Desventajas: Not AirEuropa’s fault but they left before we arrived in Zurich because Delta flight 66 was so late that our 3-hour layover became the AirEuropa flight left before the Delta flight arrived and deplaned.

Ventajas: I loved the crew members, always willing to help great energy through out the flight.

Desventajas: Food choices, up to date movies and inexpensive luggage’s

Ventajas: Free drinks. Two hot meals during flight. Lots of entertainment choices. Extra storage bin under window which doubled as large armrest. Ample legroom. Live sports on TV

Ventajas: We ran into a passport problem and they sent Wilis Otieno back home to Nairobi instead of helping him resolve it. I made a dozen phone calls to no avail. Very disappointed.

Ventajas: Fue más o menos puntual. El vuelo era directo. No estaba demasiado lleno.

Desventajas: El avión era muy viejo, escasamente cómodo y sin sistema de entretenimiento. La aplicación no se puede usar si no la descargas previamente y eso había que haberlo sabido antes de embarcar para poder hacerlo con el wi-fi de la terminal. Uno está de vacaciones en USA y generalmente no tiene datos móviles. Tantas horas de vuelo sin nada que ver se hacen interminables.

Desventajas: Salón premier en terminal 2 para vuelos internacionales tiene que mejorar . Buen servicio en el avión pero no excelente cómo ha sido en otras ocasiones

Ventajas: The crew was very attentive, as was to be expected for Business Class service.

Desventajas: Out of a total of only seven (7) Business Class passengers on the flight from Venice to Madrid, for some reason they only had five (5) meals available, so we were offered a selection from the standard economy class snack list, which was substandard and very disappointing considering we paid for Business Class and therefore expected a Business Class meal and not just a snack! Very poorly planned and completely unacceptable!

Desventajas: Not AirEuropa’s fault but they left before we arrived in Zurich because Delta flight 66 was so late that our 3-hour layover became the AirEuropa flight left before the Delta flight arrived and deplaned.

Ventajas: Nos quejamos muchos de los pasajeros de los modos de las azafatas. Algunas de ellas sobretodo la que estaba en nuestro sector que creo se llamaba Esther. Mi grupo éramos 3.mi hermana Susana, y mi prima Angélica. Creo que podrían ser más amables que no cuesta nada tener una sonrisa en el rostro.

Ventajas: Me gusto todo en general , buen servicio y comida

Desventajas: No sabría decirlo por qué no tuve mala expereriencia , fue muy buena expereriencia lo disfrute mucho .
