Ventajas: Always harder to check in on online, add the checked bag but many time I can’t pay. And I check in at airport, they changed $100 instead $80.

Desventajas: Refuse all online system

Desventajas: Comfortability of the plane itself. It made weird noises that were kind of alarming

Desventajas: Budget friendly flight, but I'll never book another flight based on budget. This was very poor set up for a plane, uncomfortable seats, don't recline, tiny tray tables for individuals to use. I shipped my clothes ahead in flat rate shipping box cause of your Al Carte baggage fees!!!! Ridicious!

Ventajas: The crew did a great job and the plane was clean

Desventajas: Spirit will do ANYTHING to make an extra dollar out of you. They wanted to charge me $65 for an additional bag that was the size of a grocery bag. It’s very excessive and the flight was not completely sold out

Desventajas: We were not updated on the delay at the gate. Crew were not friendly or nice. Very grumpy crew. The airline nickels and dimes you to death. I don't like airlines that charge for 1 carry on. That should never be allowed.

Desventajas: I responded to an emergency during flight descent. The crew was great but EMS did not pay any attention to me when trying to report off. I had important patient information and they didn’t listen well. I am a trained emergency and cardiac care nurse for the heart attack team, disappointed in EMS.

Ventajas: JetBlue crew was awesome

Desventajas: My screen for movies didn’t work, and the level of comfort was... almost none. I would’ve upgraded to more room, but for $55? When I’m already checking a bag for $30? On top of flight price? Too high, expected JetBlue to not jam pack all the seats like the exit aisle.... for long flights, not again.

Ventajas: Seating was humanely spacious with very good leg room. I like boarding both ends of the plane.

Desventajas: The flight was only 38 minutes- not enough time to judge or rate more than what was given above

Desventajas: Hard landing. Crew appeared agitated and on edge.

Desventajas: A problem with the plane was found after we'd boarded and the bags had been loaded onto it. We had to get off, change terminal and gate and then board the new plane, which was quite cumbersome. Still better than to have a problem after take-off.

Ventajas: On flight crew was great.

Desventajas: Airline planning was terrible, as was in-terminal customer service.

Desventajas: We had the best flight attendant, Nina. She seemed to enjoy her job so much that I couldn’t help but to feel as if Spirit has to be an excellent place to work.

Desventajas: Entertainment system did not navigate. Food was too salty. Crew was not very pleasant-annoyed when I was in the bathroom and missed service.

Desventajas: If they didn’t have so many hidden fees. Paid for my bag ahead of time only to find out they have a weight limit of 40 pounds so had to pay an additional $30. I hate spirit won’t be flying with them again.

Desventajas: I was charged to check my bag and it did not let me check my bag at me drag it onto the plane. Both times. It was awkward and everyone looked at me like I was the one slowing them down.

Desventajas: Not having to pay extra fees for a cary on. They should include it in the ticket. At least the one you take with you.

Desventajas: I was there at the gate at 5, they didn’t allow me to get in to the plane, when the flight was there for 30 more minutes

Ventajas: The crew was efficient with the exception of being told there was a full flight with plenty of seats available. That said, they were able to accommodate a much needed change, so I'm appreciative of that.

Desventajas: The delay of 4 hours is such a common occurrence among Spirit, it's insane. I'm not sure why things are always delayed, c acned, or rearranged on this airline, but their planner needs to be reassigned.
