Ventajas: Yes it was a good trip

Desventajas: No one wore masks and people were up walking around when we taxi. Flight attendant asking whole plane to be ready to deport when we land since it’s their last flight of the day!
Desventajas: Everything, Spirit is the most poor airline
Ventajas: Nonstop direct flight. Appropriate spacing / distancing from other passengers.
Desventajas: Departure was late. Seats are too narrow.
Ventajas: The seats were comfortable to me.
Desventajas: There wasn’t any entertainment, not really a lot of space, tray to put food or your laptop on was really small.

Desventajas: There was 4 people in my row, one of them was a toddler who sat on her mothers lap. Normally this would be acceptable but during everything going on with this pandemic the airline dropped the ball on this.
Face mask guidelines should be more clear about what is a acceptable face covering. Customers should not be charged $3.00 for face masks
Ventajas: Process was easy.
Desventajas: Crew service could be better. On my first flight to Houston from Detroit, one particular crew member could be better. I was sitting in between my family & had taken my mask off for minute & one of the agents (who was a person of color) had told me to put my mask on which is 100% completely fair because it is the rule, so yes she was right. BUT there was a person next, in front and diagonally all with their mask off as well (also people of color like the agent) and the agent did not tell them to put their mask on except for me which I thought that was discrimination & did not appreciate that. Also that same agent, I was looking at the food menu & after she told me I can’t use cash (that’s all I had) she walks away before I even finishing speaking. This agent was not pleasant AT ALL.
Desventajas: In covid times, passengers were literally on top of each other as flight was full.
No consideration given to social distancing.

Ventajas: The crew was super helpful. The pilot landed the plane super smoothly it was unbelievable.
Desventajas: Some sort of social distancing should be implemented. Children should also be forced to wear mask or not fly as well.
Ventajas: Boarding staff and Crew were friendly

Ventajas: Counter and help desk were excellent. Flight attendants were great as well. Flight wasnt overly packed.
Desventajas: The seats are terrible; they don't lean back at all, have very little padding on the seat and have no pocket area to put anything in.

Desventajas: I prepaid for a checked bag. I thought I should get that refunded because I missed my flight.
I was running late and there was a line to check the bag and then missed the flight.

Ventajas: Arrived to our destination (DFW) on time
Desventajas: I didn’t have a problem flying Spirit Airlines because on their site they had advertised that the middle seats of their flights were going to be left open for passenger safety due to COVID-19. I was in for a surprise once we boarded because they had the plane packed. Majority, if not all, of the rows were packed. I do not recommend and will not be flying Spirit again. It’s not worth the little money saved.
Ventajas: Great crew but no Covid-19 guidelines were followed. There were entirely too many people on the plane and I felt unsafe on that flight
Desventajas: less people and us spread 6 ft apart. I do not feel comfortable being near elderly family because of this.

Desventajas: I caught COVID from the other passengers. They were obnoxiously drunk, vulgar, and distinctly terrible.
Desventajas: The flight was full, no social distancing, packed like sardines, kids screaming, worst flight attendants ever in my over 50 years of flying.
Ventajas: Aircraft arrived on time, boarding was fast, everything was clear.
Desventajas: No social distancing. Literally full flight - every seat sold. Have been on other flights during pandemic with spacing and assumed it was industry standard. Spirit is more concerned with profit than with customer safety. They should have been upfront when selling tickets that they were not following widespread recommended minimum social distancing guidelines during a global pandemic.
Desventajas: If was on the time
Ventajas: The crew and how much space I had cause it wasn’t that many passengers.
Desventajas: Just the drinks and food wasn’t really food just chips and
Desventajas: Constant meaningless delay’s.
Ventajas: We left on time
Desventajas: The whole row behind me was super loud during most of the flight yet the crew didn’t say anything. At one point they started ordering alcohol and chilling like they were in a bbq. One of them standing and chilling with her drink. Laughing super loud, the guy behind me kicking my seat again and again cause spirit has no space and of course there wasn’t a choice to be moved cause in the middle of a pandemic the flight was packed!
Ventajas: Great crew! Also, one of the best landings I had in a while.
Ventajas: The Crew was well knowledge, courteous and professional.
Desventajas: tray table seemed to be dirty. I know the turn over time is small enough, but if possible, or if not already being done, cleaning of tray tables on both sides of the table.
Ventajas: Crew was diligent about everyone wearing face masks
Desventajas: Customer in front of me was visibly super ill, coughing and wheezing the entire flight. I don't think he should have been allowed to fly, especially during a pandemic! No organization by staff for customers exiting the aircraft at all, everyone just rushed to the front.
Desventajas: My suitcase was left in Florida.
Desventajas: For this price its all pretty good
